i was parked at a Sunoco getting a snack at SUNOCO and they came and put a boot on my van and made me pay to get it off and I was only in the store for 2 minutes if that ever happens again I don't care what anyone says I'm flipping all the way out cause I just lost $81 for what your shitty scam tow service

Sister went into Sunoco to buy a gatorade. Came outside to find her car was booted and the driver stated she was not a paying customer and parking was for paying customers only. Forced her to pay $150 to remove the boot. Threatened to tow the car away if she didn't pay. She was talked down to and felt threatened. Rude, awful company.

Watched them boot and threaten to tow someone who's was parked for less than 5 to 10 min. Basically an extortion racket.

I like everyone else here was booted after 3 min. I will be taking them to small claims for my money back. They are creating a scam and unless people take action this continues to happen if all people do is pay them

Other reviews are true. This is a predatory boot and tow company that stalks people. I was a customer at the business they are contracted with and left to go to an adjacent business. Came back within 30minutes and my car was booted. I talked to the tow driver and he said he watched me leave. $81 down the drain to have it removed. I feel extremely violated and this type of activity shouldn't be legal. I will never be going back to this business again nor any business that uses this company.

Elmwood sonoco. Gone from car for 5 minutes. About to go into sonoco. See cars booted. 2 or 3 parking spots have signs DIRECTLY infront of them. Others with no signage. Assumed safe to park there. Who ever has any authority in this business and trains employees is obviously a sorry individual trying to pay off gambling debts.

Same as the others. Booted my car, they are basically waiting 20 yards away and after the driver walks away, they boot the car. Within the minute. Creative racket, may be even legal. I’ll boycott the company which contracted them in the future.

So I own a 06 bmw that was setting in a parking lot in south buffalo I went to work and came back my car was gone I ask around and find out this company tow my car out the parking lot not even sayin nothing to me about it I called to see if I could get it back they told me I had to give them a lot of money to get it now they won't even pick up the phone man yo Iam piss the fuck off...

Would give no stars if i could. This company needs to be put out of business! The manager is very nasty and rude, and drove over my foor while I was talking. He then proceeded to ignore my calls after denying me service to take the boot off then when he finally came back after 2 hours, i decided to try and have a grown up conversation with him and he raises his voice and walks away from me. After being overpriced for removing the boot i was 52 cents short and they still wouldn't do the service. Very bad people -10 stars if i could

Terrible! I got gas, went to pick up something across the street and was gone for less than five minutes, they put a boot on my vehicle and would not answer any questions. Their only response was $81 dollars. There was not one other person in the parking lot. They're trying to make money anyway they can shady shady shady! The reviews speak for themselves.

Terrible terrible people. Walked out to find my car booted in the parking lot of a business I was shopping in. Low life driver extorted me for $90 to have it removed and closed his truck window in my face while I was speaking to him. Do not use this service and I truly wish the worst for this company.
