We bought my son's first used car in May while he was still in college in Florida. I was not sure how the process would go, but the buying experience was simply outstanding. Ibrahim and Firas were very accommodating... from the time of my son's arrival home from school to the pick up date for his car. It is a pressure- free, professional business environment. The customer service during and after purchasing the car was excellent. I would highly recommend buying a used car from this company.

Worst buying experience I’ve ever had in my life sold me a lemon and then refused to fix it! Purchased my car in February of 2024 it’s only June! Don’t go here if you want a good buying experience! Customer service was a 0/10 they’re ever RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL when it comes to talking with customers! They don’t live up to their end and don’t respect the customers! Would leave zero stars! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND never scheduled me I made 1 appointment and tried to reschedule 1 week later this was May! They already had to bring the car in in February when I purchased it same day I drove it off I had issues and had to be serviced… they repeatedly talked me disgustingly!! Not to be trusted! Then tried to act like he couldn’t fit me in to be scheduled because he still mad! Ripoffs! And taking his own personal attitude out on me because I was tired of being nice! Moving on his schedule he even forgot to call me back several times!!! Said he would give me a free oil Change also cause he sold my sister a car and I helped him with that too! Yeah ABRAHAM & FARRAS OR HOWEVER YOU SPELL IT IS A SCAM AND A RIPOFF DONT NOT RECOMMEND! Why would I miss three appointments as he claims when i been waiting to be scheduled like be serious! Pleaseeeee show me the scheduled dates and times I missed! & I’ve had SEVERAL ISSUE WITH THE CAR THST I KEEP TRYING TO GET IT MAINTENANCED! You’re a WORMWART! Like Matilda’s dad Selling used lemons!

Purchased my car from them a little over a year ago great people to work with whenever I need to get work done on my car always bring it to them and they get me together in a timely manner while making sure everything is good they treat you like family and help you whenever you need help definitely recommend them when purchasing your vehicle love these guys

Just purchased my first car there today! 2017 Jeep Renegade! All of the guys there were so genuinely nice, friendly, and made sure myself as well as my parents were taken care of. Truly didn’t think buying a car would be as streamlined as they made it! Very grateful!

I`ve been going to Liberty Auto shop for about 13 years, I am so happy with the service I got there,Firas, his dad, and Ibrahim, they always being honest to me, fixing my car, my wife`s and my sons cars in good prices and on time, Also we do our annual inspections over there, many times I sent my friends and family members to them and they were so happy with their services as well,I dont go anywhere else regarding any car issues, I am highly recomended Liberty Auto shop.

I bought a chevy pickup from them inspected and said it was perfectly fine with nothing wrong with it i find out s month later it has a cracked frame and they would not take the car back or reimburse me some of my money
That car should have never passed nys inspection to be able to be sold…,and it is a personal vehicle not commercial like you claim and if i caused it why would you fix it and get it welded and how did you pass the nys inspection

The car shop is a joke . Committing all types
Of fraud just to make a quick buck . They have no professionalism or care to help fix issues that were brought to light . This business needs to be invested and I highly urge you to find another shop and stop Buying cars from them because you will regret it
