If I could give zero stars I would! I went to the salon based on a good friend's recommendation. I saw Josh and provided him pictures and even a video of the hair cut and style I wanted. He assured me he could do it and not to worry. Which I was, because I was having brain surgery in a few days and wanted a specific pixie cut with an under cut. Again I provided Josh a video! Well as he was going on with the cut I started to get a bit nervous and asked "the top is going to be longer right?" I noticed he was cutting way more off the top. Josh said "don't worry it will look great." Well when he was done I wanted to burst into tears! It looked absolutely nothing like the pics or video! He did not style my hair did not use hardly any products in my hair nor flat iron my hair. He just said "Ok done" He had to know by my expression I was upset. He said "It's just gonna take time to get used to it." The cut literally looked like a bowl cut! I just wanted to get out of there! It was so bad that night I had to go to another salon to have someone else try to fix the disaster. Which there wasn't much they could do but clean it up a bit. So now I have to let my hair grow out to even try to fix the awful bowl cut! If you have a stylist who says they can achieve a specific style then deliver said style!! This is the WORST experience I've ever had at a salon! I would never ever recommend this salon or Josh to anyone!!! Beware!!

I went it to find out prices. Very uppity acting people working there. Prices were 2-3 X what any other salons charges in the area. They may or may not do an amazing job but i dont care to overpay and be treated like a hassle to find out

My Dad passed away and I needed my hair cut & highlighted last minute. Nick was very helpful & accomodating during a difficult time. My stylist was Cheryl. She is extremely talented, professional & friendly! I explained what I wanted done & Cheryl delivered!! The salon is clean, fresh & inviting.
