Looking for a sofa with chaise ...and bought one within the hour. James Saemenes made the experience an easy one, bringing his design background, low key approach and awesome customer service to our visit. Also advised us to contact him with any questions re: sofa protection..and price matched with the cost we saw online.

We had an amazing buying experience at La-Z-Boy! Our sales person James showed us a bunch of things we liked. Before we purchased they sent a design consultant, Kari, to our house to make sure the furniture fit the space. Best of all it was Free! Kari showed us what the exact sofa would look like in our house and even provided recommendations on other pieces like artwork and rugs to fit the room. There was never any pressure and we left saying what a great overall experience we had.

Furniture has not yet been delivered so I can’t rate 5 stars. Assuming it is what I ordered and of good quality, I would rate it a five. In the meantime, I can only comment on the shopping and sales staff experience. I’m not going to lie, the furniture sold itself, so there wasn’t much for the sales staff to do. That said, they kept the appropriate distance, while being available to let me do what I wanted to do. When I had questions, they were there, answered them, then left me to do what I was doing. They read the non-verbal communication and made it a great experience by not pushing or ignoring. They came to the house and Measured/showed graphically what it would look like on a Sunday, even though I knew what I wanted. It was good confirmation that what I wanted would work. Their marketing dilemma will be spreading the word that they are a furniture company, not just a recliner business!! Would do it again!

Nice painless experience. I found what I wanted on a google search. A quick call to the local store confirmed that they had one on the floor to try out in person and the order was done in a few minutes
