They sold me two bad refrigerator and the last 3 months and told me I was outta my money. The first refrigerator the door wouldn't close the second one the freezer wasn't working??♀️? they suck especially when I gave them $450 and $50 for delivery I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

Awesome place you need 2nd hand appliances this is your place I've tried market place and other places but kw gave me a machine that works and a small warranty to go with it the owner works in store very polite and courteous even gave me a few bucks off the selling price would definitely recommend

Dryer lasted 6 months. They sent a repair guy who quoted me pretty much the same amount that I paid for it, recommended I go pick another one out from them for around the same price. Decided it's not worth the headache and bought a new one.

Very good store for used appliances compared to others.. they have many inventory, they are well informed, will discuss in details both in person and over the phone, straightforward with pricing including deliver, installation and removal.. just give them a call. They have great reviews in google for a reason..

KW is my go to and has been for years. The customer service is great and they are always very accommodating! Prices are very reasonable and quality products to choose from. Just purchased a stainless steel Frigidaire and there are no complaints. Delivery was quick and efficient and the fridge is sparkling clean on the inside! Highly recommend!
