Great craftsmanship and customer service are out the door! This review does not merit, the star. ZERO stars for me! I will never patronize this business again. Two weeks ago, a call was placed to see if an item we had could made into a brooch. After meeting with the owner about whether or not the work could be done seamlessly, the owner was confident he could do it. We were told to pick it up in a week. Upon picking it up the first time, I was able to wear it out as a brooch, no problem right, WRONG! A few short days after, the brooch backing broke. So I did what anyone would do, take it back! When I took it back, it was agreed that I had to leave the brooch there so that the sizing could be reduced slightly and pin backing replaced! So here were are two weeks later time to pick up the brooch. Picking it up this time was very disappointing and upsetting! First off, the owner rude and did not do what was expected! He slapped clear plastic earring backing on sub par work. When questioning on the changes he commented " the item was not made to be a pin" instead of apologizing and admitting the work was done incorrectly. His frustration toward the transaction made him very rude and dismissive to all parties involved! The item now, cannot be used at a pin/ brooch. Needless to say all monies were refunded and I will never return. I wouldn't take a number two pencil to get anything done at Korona Jewerly!

You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows. Have had such a good experience with Korona. My fiance designed a custom engagement ring for me, and we had such a good experience we went back for both of our wedding bands. They are very accommodating with customization and resizing. Good prices and lots of diamond options (lab diamonds, moisannite, etc.).

Have Beautiful jewelry but issues with people of color. Try to explain that ring that was not size correctly. As soon a another people entered store dropped me like a hot potato.No I would not recommend them to anyone

Korona gets it all done for you without the fancy nonsense. They have a lovely collection of jewelry and can alter almost anything. My mother used Korona for over 20 years and I've used it close to 20 years as well. They've resized rings and bracelets, provided estimated value on a pile of estate jewelry and done countless other tasks. No complaints whatsoever!

Both my engagement ring and wedding band were from Korona Jewelry. They were wonderful. I picked out my wedding band and the man helping me was very patient as I tried on different styles and price points. He let me try on for size. He even cleaned my engagement ring for me for free. I'm not entirely sure, but it seems like a lot of the rings are antiques. My rings were not from the same designer, but they fit together perfectly and look like they belong together.

We worked with Korona Jewelry to have an engagement ring made and it turned out awesome, me and my fiancé were extremely happy with the service, quality, and price. The owners/jewelers were friendly and great to work with. Will definitely recommend this place to others.
