Terrible customer service. The owners daughter was there and wouldn’t give me credit for what I paid for when I showed them a picture of the ticket from the day they gave it to me. She could have easily looked up the item number with my ID but instead she says I must have a physical copy of the ticket and she doesn’t care that I’ve been a repeat customer for years and doesn’t care that I have a photo of their ticket for proof. Rather lose a good customer than simply look up the ticket number because they’re greedy and any opportunity to keep your money and get away with it they’re going to go for it if they can get away with it. See you in court!

Terrible customer service, I had a photo of my receipt which i was told at the time in store would be sufficient because receipts fade. I was told that there is no timeframe on how long to pay on an item & that I could always get credit. When I presented the picture they said it had to be physically present and refused to allow me to use my credit as I was told the owners daughter was not nice & very matter of factly when speaking with me. After many years of being a customer I will not buy nor any of my family members

This place is the best, specifically to get jewelry fixed. Hailey was the associate that helped me today. I had two broken chains and not only did she fix them on the spot for me, but she also did it for no charge when I asked how much it would be! Love this jeweler and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality spot in Buffalo.

So far this place has been the only place I have bought jewelry in buffalo. I love their prices and 6 they work with you. Mind you, the people treated us so well. Great customer service. It was fun to be there.

Never doing business here again I came in to sell my necklace and I understand you never get back what you paid for but holy god I was offered 1500$ less then I paid went to the Colosseum jewelry and actually got 2700 more then what the young girl offered at king of diamonds be careful I’m not sure there honest and they lost a good customer iv spent thousands in cash every time I came in not layaway or credit but it makes sense they gave me crackhead prices not good businesses ethics
