One of the most incredibly frustrating experiences I've had in a long time trying to reach someone. These bozos put a sticker on my house to call them on a number that is no longer. I then called the number on the recording to find a call center overseas somewhere, probably the Philippines from the sounds of it. Those people kept asking me for an account, my name and my phone to which I kept telling them that I don't have any business with Key bank. I asked for a real estate department but they kept giving me different 866 numbers that just kept coming back to someone struggling with English. Finally I got a hold of someone domestic who spoke english and was the preservation company they sent out. They were surprised that Key had not updated their records when I bought the property. Just another GIANT bank trying to fool us into believing they are local and care. PppALease

I had $620 taken removed from my account yesterday without my consent. I didn't know about it until I tried to use my card. I wasn't sent no notification of the transaction or anything. I called the bank to try to figure out what happened to my money and all they could tell me was it was wired out to another account which they have no information of. The lady told me they can't track where it was sent to, who sent it nor who received it, no city and state, they don't issue bank statements, etc. I've been getting the run around from this bank ever since yesterday and it just gets more frustrating each time I call them about it.

Worse bank in the area. Regardless of what time you go at there is always a line when there are multiple tellers not doing a thing.

this bank is the absolute worst. extremely effeminate men all wearing bow ties doing barely any work. they are open 9-4 during the week, which is racist and classist.... they don't care if you work multiple jobs, they only want to be open for wealthy people who are taken care of in the booths. atm????....... no that doesn't take all checks mobile deposit..... nope, that doesn't work also their atm is constantly dysfunctioning and eating my cards!!!!! the only reason i have no changed is because i scammed their corporate headquarters into giving me an extra 300 checks!!!!!
