Received my 7500ml free oil change, and again like my last vehicle my tires were not rotated.
This was asked at the service desk before my car went in to make sure it would be done and he said it would be. I notice yesterday my tires were not rotated. And my pressure is low.

I came in to get a second remote for my 2006 chevy colorado. I walked in with one remote working and walked out 2 hours later with ONE REMOTE WORKING. I received a new on that worked but the old one doesn't work anymore. I was told about a recall and was charged to repair. So so disappointed, frustrated and the service department was rude.

If I could give a negative rating I would. I made an appointment to have my brakes done, pads and rotors. I told them this when I made my apt and also gave them all of my vehicle info. I also told them I’d be waiting with the vehicle and they stated it wasn’t an issue. I arrive to my apt 20 minutes early and they tell me it’s going to be several hours and I shouldn’t wait, that they’d call me with pricing as soon as they diagnose it. Ok fine. Apt was at 10:30am. Around 1:30 I haven’t heard anything, and start calling to find out what’s going on. Took me 40 minutes to get someone on the phone because I was transferred to the wrong dept several times. They said they haven’t even looked at it yet and would call me back when they do. Finally get a call back an hour later confirming that I need brakes-DUH! I told them that. They said they don’t have the parts and can get them today but couldn’t go the truck until tomorrow. I use this vehicle for work and already missed out on a day of work for absolutely nothing. What’s the point of an appointment?!

My husband brought our car to Keller for an engine heating sensor problem in August of 2024. After 5 minutes of receiving the car, we brought the car back because it had a check engine light on which it didn't even have a check engine light before.
After a long time of not receiving an update, my husband was informed on August 27th that the car cannot start. The car is 9 years old and only have a little over 100,000 miles on it which is low for a car that's almost 10 years old. The car never had startup problems until Keller messed up our car. Now we have to hire a tow truck driver to pick up the car because now it cannot start. Thankfully, I was traveling behind my husband when we picked up the car and had to return it after 5 minutes of receiving it. Keller is claiming that the car always had a start up issue which is untrue because we have documents of the car's work history including diagnostic history. The most recent diagnostic history which was done one week before we brought the car to Keller shows there were no starting issues with the car. There's nothing within the car's work history that shows that the car had starting issues. Thankfully the dash camera in the car that I was traveling in shows my husband starting up the car that Keller supposedly fixed. In addition, my dash camera shows when we had to return it within 5 minutes.
On August 27th, 2024, Michelle laughed at me when I informed her that we will be suing; however, I know how to win lawsuits without a lawyer. Michael was being very defensive stating that the car had starting issues before we brought it there; however, we drove the car there twice with no starting issues. Michael mentioned that high mileage cars tend to have starting issues. However, unbeknownst to Michael the car has less than 102,000 mileage which is low for an almost 10 year old car. Rhetorical Question: How can we drive a car to Keller twice if it couldn't start?
We recorded the almost 5 minute conversation with Michael, on August 27th, 2024, and saved it for our lawsuit. Prior, I warned Michael that the phone call was being recorded, which was my “hint” to him that anything that he says will be used in court.
Keller intentionally messed up our car. When we brought it for a second time, another customer pulled up with her invoice in her hand claiming to Paul that her car was still having issues in our presence.
It appears that Keller intentionally messes up cars so that they can tell customers that something else is needed for the car which increases their revenue. A simple fix caused other problems with our car. I asked Michael on August 27th, 2024 to email us all of the invoices and reports in regard to the car. However, today is September 16th, 2024 and we have yet to receive such documents.
Keller will not return my husband's phone calls. Hopefully the car hasn't been impounded against my husband's permission.
P.S. A professional process server will serve Keller soon. If anyone has had issues with Keller in regard to the repairing of cars, in which you believe that something illegal was done, you may submit a mechanic fraud complaint to the DMV.
