I had such an amazing experience there! Not only did this salon offer excellent conversations(with Ashlee the hairdresser), prices, and service, there's a dog! He's basically a therapy dog. 100% recommended.

OMG I was absolutely over the moon at how amazing my hair came out!! Like it came out better than I could have ever imagined (you should have seen the before lol.) This was my first time back in a hair salon in over 10 years (I’m super protective of my hair so that’s why I hadn’t gone in a while), but my hair desperately needed some sprucing up so I decided it was time to go, and let me tell you, I don’t think I’d trust anyone else with my hair besides Gretchen. She is such a lovely/kind person and knew exactly what I wanted and how to execute it perfectly, and overall she is so knowledgeable about hair care. So if you’re looking for a place to go to get your hair bleached/dyed/cut, look no further! I’d 100% recommend seeing Gretchen .

New to Buffalo this summer, and looking for a good stylist. Happy to say I found her! Shari did a fantastic job of resurrecting my overgrown pixie. I showed her a picture and told her what I was looking for. She did an amazing job with a razor and scissors. I wanted a choppy, edgy look like bed-head and she nailed it. I shall definitely be back! (And thanks to Oliver, the salon's dog, for all the therapy/petting)

First time here and first time getting my 14 year old daughter's long hair cut short...was very nervous, but Gretchen put me at ease, totally trusted her. When I came back to pick her up, I was astonished at how full, thick and healthy (& bouncy) her cut made her hair look!! The color, black ends on her brown hair, looked so cool, too! Just what my daughter wanted! She looks and feels fabulous!! Holds herself more confident now, too! Definitely coming back!

First timer at the salon today, and I 100% will be back. Gretchen did an amazing job with cutting/re-layering my hair. I never actually know what style will be most flattering for my face, but she knew what to do right away. I let her do her thing and was not disappointed. She was so sweet and personable. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!
