I know sometimes we come on here to complain but I wanted to make sure that I give an amazing huge shout out to Just Tow It & RecoveryYesterday I wound up Stranded by myself in an unfamiliar neighborhood and had to have my 2002 pickup truck towed. I called the first couple of places that were on the list and they told me it was going to be 3 to 4 hours before they could get to me. And then I called Just Tow It. They told me it would be 40 minutes and they were there at 45 minutes. The driver was super friendly and accommodating and even drove me home instead of making my husband come get me from the tow yard.They are going to be replacing the calipers on my brakes and their prices are extremely reasonable. I am very fortunate to have had an opportunity to do business with this company. If there's anything that you ever need as far as towing or auto mechanics I would definitely reach out to them and see if they are able to help you.Thank you so much for making me feel safe.

My car broke down on thanksgiving night and I was freaking out. But These guys are beyond words Amazing. My vehicle needed so much work and these guys have been with me every step of the way through the process of making my car basically brand new. The work they did, the service they provided, and the way they treated me are above and beyond what I would have expected. Over a month of work and positive reassurance I can say with certainty that these guys here made feel like we were family. After a month and I got my car back and it was like a whole new car. Massive work they put in and I appreciate it more than anything. And hey after a three page work order I was more than willing to pay for it, these are the kind of mechanics we need out there.

Connected to Just Tow It through my car insurance. ETA was originally 90 minutes. 90 minutes turned into over 3.5 hours before I gave up. After multiple calls by me and my insurance company, and being told the truck was "15-20 minutes away", 9 hours later, they never showed up, no contact.

We live in an apartment complex in west seneca, which is already a narrow parking lot. Our car was parked at the end of the lot. The plow put a 12 foot mountain of snow in front of the bumper, and our neighbor has his car parked right next to us. There was no way we would get out without help. Just tow it was there in less than an hour, and with a kind attitude and a lot of expertise got our car out of the difficult spot. What an angel. I told him he was my hero! I think his name was Jim or John. So kind too. 12/10.

Felt terrible that I called for a tow just when the Bills game was starting but the driver arrived in 15 minutes and both of us were able to watch the second half.

My car broke down around midnight when I was on my way to work. I only had to wait for about 45 minutes for them to arrive, which is pretty good considering I've been left waiting before for upwards of 2 hours with other towing services. The man who assisted me was also nice enough to give me a lift to my job before he towed my car to the garage. In my experience they were a great, fast, and friendly service.

I'm sorry that I didn't catch his name, but the driver who showed up to tow my car was great! He asked me what was going on and then he was able to jump start the car instead of needing to tow it. He was really nice and also gave me some good advice. Thank you!
