I called JP Heating & Cooling to service my AC unit that was very noisy. Jim was very thorough and was able to help improve the noise. He also provided some pricing on new units without being pushy or making me feel like it had to be replaced immediately. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you are having any issues!

Jim evaluated my 25 yr old furnace and determined that, though it is in good condition, it should be replaced in the next few years. He was low pressure to replace and gave me a Very reasonable price.

In short, JP is great! We will absolutely work with them again for any other HVAC issues. We requested a quote and JP was out 3 days later. They offered a variety of options to fit our needs and then were very responsive to our questions. After getting 3 other quotes, JP was cheaper AND offers a longer labor warranty than any of the other quotes.

When my AC stopped working during a heat wave, JP Heating & Cooling responded in under an hour. Less than an hour later the AC was working again. Excellent response, excellent work. I'm a repeat customer for a reason. Recommended highly.
