i have been going to John Patchen's and staff for a long time. They are honest and do the work right the first time. Kudos to John,John and Jim. And they also work on my classic car which I know is in good hands.

I've had brakes done here for a fair and reasonable price. The job was done quickly and to the vehicle's recommended specs. For another service, my rims were basically fused to the wheel studs. They tried everything to get one wheel off to no avail. They were able to contact and set up an appt with another shop to have them use a special tool to remove the rim without breaking or stretching the wheel studs. Instead of breaking something, this original shop was honest with me and decided not to go forward by breaking something and costing me time and a lot more $. They also recommended a different type of nut to use in order to avoid this problem from happening again when a shop over tightens them! This shop always treats me well and performs the work requested satisfactorily. Besides, the owner changes up their sign with funny sayings on it by the intersection, which is a nice source of amusement for me.

Visited here early 2018 to get my flat tire fixed. It was on a spare tire and they put it back to where I belong which is under my car. Today, I had issues with my tire and when I pull out my spare tire, I found a half eaten bagle inside my spare tire. I don't get the joke.

I should have written this recommendation years ago. John and his team are, by far, the most honest group of mechanics I've ever met. To a fault. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking to get work done on their cars. There's a few things they can't do, like some of the more advance computer stuff, but they'll tell you what they can do up front.

They are great here!!! They really work hard and they do a great job ... extremely good prices and they only do the work if u tell them to after they tell u the exact price!! We have gone here a few times and always had a wonderful and stress free experience!!!

Paschen is near my house and I've been taking all of our vehicles there over the last 20 years. They are very competent, their prices are reasonable and they don't try to sell services or parts that you don't need. I feel very comfortable and confident that with their advice and opinions and I highly recommend them for servicing your vehicle.

I have been taking my cars there for years. I have NEVER been treated badly by John, Jim, or John. They are 3 of the greatest guys I know. As I keep telling the I trust you with my life. They replace tires when needed , repair brakes and just keep me safe on the road. I can go the them with a silly question about my car and get an honest answer and not treated like a d*** female. Like I said 3 of the greatest guys I know.

I just had a set of tires that I requested mounted and balanced. The job was done to perfection. The balance is spot on, my car is riding smother than it ever has. I stopped back in to purposely to thank them for a great job at a fair price. I have been going there for years and have always been treated fairly and friendly. Highly recommend.
