South Elmwood Detail did an great job with my daughter's Mazda CX5. She is going to college in Buffalo and needed to have her car detailed. Nick was very responsive to all of my questions being 500 miles away needed to feel good before sending my daughter. She was very happy with her 7 year old SUV looking brand new inside and out. They were excellent! So friendly and quick service. They were one of the only people who would do insurance photos especially with the short notice I was given to get them done. Feels like a family atmosphere there and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for detailing needs!

Since this spot is a Carco inspection location, my husband and I stopped by to get our car looked at for insurance reasons. Despite showing up within 30 minutes of the shop closing for the day, the inspection took less than 15 minutes, and Nick, the owner, was friendly, professional, and overall just a very nice guy. Thanks for the great service!

Went in for insurance inspection photos, no appointment, made extremely simple and quick. Great customer service and they offer all your detail, paint correction and ceramic coating needs at very reasonable prices. Went for pictures will be back for a detail and ceramic coating! Highly recommend!

I went there today for a photo inspection for my insurance. No appointment was needed. After calling around to several places, he was the first one that told me I could come in without an appointment. The customer service was great. I would definitely go back again. He answered all my detailing questions as well.

Didn't get my car detailed here but would 100% be down to go back and do so. I came to South Elmwood Detail for a CARCO inspection and it was super easy. Other places would be really inflexible regarding appointments but I was able to get mine done smoothly here. Looking forward to coming back and getting my car detailed here when I need to!

They were friendly, professional, courteous, and went above and beyond. I went there to get insurance inspection photos taken.. Thanks for expediting me even though I came after hours! Also, they gave me some helpful and personalized auto information regarding my vehicle and my insurance. KUDOS! [EDIT] Returned again (passing by so decided to take pictures) -- and again, super friendly, helpful, and once again: they shared more helpful knowledge, that I hadn't known about my vehicle. Stop in and say hello, and when the time comes that you want a very thorough detail, pull the trigger with S.E.D. Just look at some of the Before / After pictures other reviewers have posted.
