My first experience meeting Jennifer, the owner and stylist of JNR Salon, was fantastic. Visiting Buffalo, NY, I decided to take a chance and see if there was any availability for a trim and blowout to prepare for a concert. Despite the very short notice, Jennifer graciously took me in immediately.She examined my hair, which was very dry and dull, and mentioned that if she had more time, she would love to wash and use some of her products to hydrate it. I told her I wouldn’t mind waiting to experience her full range of talent. Jennifer, sweet and determined to revive my hair, made the time to do so. With care and expertise, she transformed my hair, making it look luxurious and concert-ready.The only regret I have is not living in Buffalo to have Jennifer as my regular hair guru. Thank you, Jennifer, for giving me a glamorous look for the concert and for your wonderful product recommendations to keep my hair luscious. You are amazing!

I can’t say enough about Jennifer, the owner of the salon who styled me for a brand photoshoot. She understood my vision and executed perfectly. She is professional and very gentle. Highly recommend.

I visit this salon once a month sometimes twice to get my nails & toes done by Nina! She’s really the best! her work is excellent and she never disappointments and is always on time! The salon overall is a great vibe!

I absolutely love the salon I go there for my hair and nails and I have recently got a conditioner from Jennifer and it gave me the hydration that I needed from my hair. I have relaxed hair and also low porosity hair and it's easy for my hair to get dry. I definitely recommend this product and the shop. The product is called body conditioner.

Best out of town lash experience I have ever had. I travel a lot and sometimes I'm not home for my scheduled redo of my lashes and I'm stuck relying on folks that I don't know or their work .... But this was one of the best experiences... Thank you soooo much

I have been getting my nails done by Nina for a few months she is fantastic. She is kind and her work is amazing!I recently got my hair done by Jennifer and she is kind and helped me get my hair together that I ruined lol, she cut my ends and gave me so much information on my hair.

I was flying into Buffalo for a wedding and wanted a blowout. Having no point of reference I searched for a salon near the hotel in which we were staying. I called to schedule and spoke with Jennifer. She was professional and courteous on the phone, needed to check on something. She promised a call back and did so almost immediately.The wedding day arrived and my friend and I went to the salon. What’s an awesome experience from start to finish. Jennifer was friendly and pleasant and asked a lot of questions to determine exactly what we wanted. She used products she created which smelled and worked incredibly well. I was visiting from out of town for a wedding and needed some manicure work done. We wanted a place close to our hotel with good reviews and made an appointment with Nina at this location. She had a time available that worked with our schedule. Nina was awesome! She is friendly and accommodating! We had a great conversation about my trip! And best of all she did a great job on my manicure for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend checking this salon out and making an appointment with Nina! Thank you!

I’ve been getting my nails done by Nina for almost 2 years now and she is without a doubt one of the top nail techs in Western NY. I walked into the salon and was immediately greeted by Jennifer. She showed me where to go and checked in during my appointment! Nina suggested at my last appointment that I try a structured gel manicure because I use my hands a lot and gel just wasn’t lasting. My set now lasts me until my next appointment!! Nina has always made me feel welcome and her service is 5 stars!Service: Manicure
