EDIT TO ADD;so I followed up with the email provided. After playing phone tag for days finally spoke to someone today and was told they can’t see any OB appts until November. Even though I expressed numerous times that I will not be here In NOVEMBER. Truly do not waste your time with these people. They have horrible customer service for their receptionists and lack of care for folks that need to be seen ASAP. And will tell you to “go to urgent care for OB care”Oh really? Take the spot of someone who needs that urgent care. I knew healthcare in Buffalo was declining but dang I didn’t know it was this bad. If I could give 0/5 I would. Save yourself the headache and don’t go here———————Concerned with how the reception team treats potential clients. I was referred to this clinic because we are in buffalo for a temporary time frame. I made 1 appointment and unfortunately had to cancel. Was told later they made a new appointment but I did not know of this appointment; explained to the gal in detail if I had known of this appointment I would have been there. Called a week ago was told I would be called back, never happened. So I called back today to set up an appointment and was told "I dont know if we would only see you on a temporary basis". So which one is it are you making an appointment for me, refusing to see me as a patient or what?! I will be calling again tomorrow in hopes to speak to a clinic manager because this has been extremely frustrating. I was referred here due to only being in Buffalo on a temporary basis.For anyone reading this review; make sure you ask for things to be followed up with an email or ask for names of who you spoke with because I wish I did. I feel defeated on top of the stress of being pregnant.

Been going to barton st office for years . One person says one thing at the office ,another will say another thing (within the same day) , brush off your concerns,very few people will actually listen and advocate for you, quick to give you medication to treat the problem but its such a fight to see specialist to get to the root . Also cant fax over referrals from their office to the specialist office because you need to come in every time to sign releases after i was just there to do so 3 months ago! SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE TO PEOPLE THAT DO NOT HAVE TRANSPORTATION AND HAVE KIDS ! Some doctors/nurses dont speak english and my son was assigned a doc that didnt even speak english when he was first born and thats the only language we speak.The office has changed drastically over the last couple years and it is running into the ground. Coming in for a covid test ? Well yu will be sick sitting with everyone else in the waiting room they even got rid of the isolation room . My video visits barely get a doctor on and then ill get a call days later about the missed apt . Definitely will be looking for a new office .my NP amberlee is great and listens to my concerns about my body and what i am going through. She genuinely cares unlike a couple doctor i had from jerricho prior to her who just treated me with more and more medicines but this OFFICE ,the front desk says one thing and another lady at front desk will say another .its an absolute mess and the policies do not make sense and noone ever seems to be on the same page or info that should be in my chart was not . I even had apts where multiple ppl read me someone elses chart and it was not me during my apt . Absolute mess! 10/10 do not recommend. Will be looking for a new office !

Took my husband here who has been having severe back problems,over the last 2 weeks, the Dr brushed it off and is sending him to the ER. Didn't even check his back or anything. Not even a script for pain medicine seeing that he was severely hurt. I myself have been a patient here for over 20yrs I am absolutely appalled at how they treated him. I will be changing his Dr

Anyone should visit here to see the best example of broken health system of America as well as Buffalo NY. You are given a new patient appointment one month prior and confirmed on the morning of appointment that all set. You drive to them from far then the lady at the counter confirms the appointment will be re scheduled after one month again. People working here seems like they do not care and was enjoying the frustration of a patient. Never recommending their service to anyone ever

I had a appointment point 9:15am today for my daughter. I was there 9:00am they didn’t call me to back until 9:45am than they took me to room just so I can wait there for another 40 minutes. The doctor she was a black lady ( don’t know her name) came after just to give 3 shoots I was trying to ask her some questions regarding my daughter health, but SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME AND TOLD ME TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. I was completely shocked like what type of professionalism is this. That’s not even the worst part about it. So when I was trying make another appointment the receptionist there she was also black lady ( don’t know her name ) but she was sitting in left side and she had braids in her hair was very rude towards me she had no idea how to make appointment. I was telling her that last time my daughter was there the doctor ( different doctor ) gave us a referral to the dentist and that they fax the dentist office so that they can call us to make a appointment for my daughter. But due to me having Covid 19 I had to quarantine and also my daughter had to quarantine so was able to take her to dentist. I call the dentist office like 20 times trying to reschedule that appointment, but no one answers. I left many voicemails and nothing. I told the receptionist if she could fax the dentist office the referral again and she said that they don’t do that there. Which is completely LIE, because they fax them last time. She continue to tell me that I had to call them MYSELF BECAUSE I KNEW ENGLISH VERY WELL I was completely shocked how rude these receptionist was acting. If you don’t like your job why do you continue to work there. Find another job stop showing up to your job miserable and being rude. Completely shocked and disappointed on how this clinic could be very unprofessional and how the employees could be so rude.

The care I’ve received through Jericho Road has been unmatched. I can honestly say I look forward to going to the doctor now. Dr. Maya introduced me to Functional Medicine, which gets to the root of the problem rather than just treating symptoms. She took the time to get to know me and my concerns and we worked together as a team to get results. It has changed the way I view medicine. So glad to have this wonderful place as part of my community.

Amazing organization. My Dr. and therapist are absolutely phenomenal. I started functional medicine 8 months ago and it has been very helpful in helping me get to the root of some sicknesses and symptoms. I love Jericho Rd. and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I was really concerned about being tested as I had been exposed. The Dent Tower told me they don’t test. I went to Urgent Care and felt pretty much brushed off, then on to CVS with the same results. Then I found out from my daughter that you could go to Jericho Community Health Center with no appointment so I headed there. The staff and nurses were so courteous and polite that I was overwhelmed. I did not have to wait long to get tested and they made the entire process seamless. I was very grateful for them and their great service.

Been coming to Jerricho since 2012 and I have yet to expierence a bad day with my doctor. The staff are attentive and caring, not only do they help me but others of other cultures and provide the best care given of each patient that comes here. I'm giving this office 5 stars because this is what humanity of ppl should look like. Thank you Jerricho for all you do for me and my family ❤ you guys are truly appreciated.
