Great place super helpful! Tracey is super nice.
Only went there for a photo inspection but they made it so quick! Can't do it in the rain since they take pictures with an iPad. Made an appointment the morning I called and took like 5 mins. I'll definitely check you out for other work

Tried to get a photo inspection done and was told “I can’t bring the iPad out in the rain.” Bring your vehicle anywhere but here, pretty sure she was just worried she would melt in the rain

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I made an appointment for a CARCO inspection and the guy working there told me when I showed up that it was “too cold” for him to go outside and take PICTURES of my car! What a load of %^+#. When I called ahead a the guy on the phone assured me it was a fast and easy process. This man today was so rude when speaking to me, didn’t even look up from his cell phone the whole time. When I asked why they didn’t call to cancel my appointment he said he “didn’t know what the weather would be like” ..as if he didn’t have a weather app on the phone he was focused on instead of me the customer.

Went in for an inspection for my insurance company. ?
Was promptly taken care of. ??
The insurance company needed pictures of the vehicle. ?
The entire process took less than 15 minutes. ? ⏰
Definitely recommend going to Jay Bee’s. ❤️ Everyone was friendly and willing to explain anything that I did not understand. ?

This is a great place for any kinds of car maintenance. They inspect your vehicle and give you a list of problems that need to be fixed. They give you an estimate ahead of time so you can decide if you want to go ahead with the procedure. The people are very friendly and trustworthy. They care to explain everything. The woman who sits in the front is amazing. I went there several times. Really good place.

I needed to get pictures of my new to me car for my insurance company and Jay Bee's were at the top of the list and so I gave them a call. From the moment the lovely Carmen picked up the phone, I knew immediately that this was going to be a wonderful experience for such a mundane task. Carmen was extremely helpful in helping me to understand the process and was able to get me in for a morning appointment.When I went to my appointment, I was greeted by Carmen and several of the mechanics who welcomed me with a "Good morning". Carmen took care of everything and she is like a well-oiled machine. Honestly, if you want great customer service and someone to chat with, Carmen is an absolute delight. The entire process took about 30 mins and was very smooth. I would absolutely take my car back for inspections, oil changes (once I get through my Jeep Wave subscription) and whatever maintenance.
