The owner himself helped me find the perfect pair of Dansko shoes. I hope this place stays open even when the mall changes its setup.

I arrived at the store at 4:30pm on Sunday. The hours posted on the store, website etc show open until 5:00pm. The store was dark and closed up.

I wanted to buy a new pair of shoes for work and my sister recommended that I get a pair of Clarks, so I checked this place out. The man working snarked at me and said “Good luck” in a sarcastic tone when I simply asked him if they carry them in the store. Not sure what his problem was but he then rambled about how the company went bankrupt and if I buy them online I won’t get them. It’s a shame actually, as I was prepared to spend $100+ on a pair of shoes today and had he been polite and offered me another option, I might have considered.

they by far have the largest selection of the high end, comfortable, foot friendly brands in the Buffalo area. They are a small local business so I understand their stricter return policy--I am just so happy I can shop here, in person, with such a large selection. I am so tired of ordering online and getting the shoes and having to return them because they don't fit.

I am speechless about this place. Left the store and was followed almostTo the end of the corridor by “the owner.” She insisted I had stolen something. I asked her why did she think I stole something. Her response, “you are carrying a big bag.” She tried grabbing my arm to get my bag so she could check it. I let her look in my bag from Penney’s to show her there were no shoes in the bag. I followed her back to her store and insisted on seeing the owner. She told me she was the owner. I called later and spoke to a gentleman who told me she was half owner. I explained my experience and not a word out of him. Not even an apology. I only wish I had done more. Should of called the po-po on her. Unprofessional, over priced.And, I have to choose 1 star to post. They don’t deserve 1 star!

I stumbled upon this shop about a year ago while at Eastern Hills for another store and was very surprised by the wide selection- better than anywhere else in Buffalo with brands you can't find anywhere else in the area. I'd been looking recently for comfortable, secure, supportive (yet stylish) walking sandals for an upcoming trip to Europe and decided to give them a try. So glad I did! They had every brand I'd been researching online- Naot, Taos, Strive, Merrill, Olukai, Dansko, Birkenstock, and more. Since they do have such a wide selection, they are somewhat limited on sizes, but I was able to find the perfect pair. Dave was extremely knowledgeable about the different brands and gave me great suggestions based on my foot type. I learned a lot about what will work for me in the future and had great service and attention from both employees who were working. I will definitely be back!

I purchased a pair of papillo sandals and was very hesitant about how the toe fit and decided after 13days to return them . I couldn't justify 135$ and not be positive I'd love them . WELL ... the store wouldn't let me return them exchange only !! I didn't want anything else !! BUYER BEWARE!! I'll never step foot inside this store again !!!in today's climate where stores are struggling I would think they'd want their customers happy !!

I would give this 0 stars, but that wasn't an option. Went in to purchase a specific shoe brand. The owner of the shop treated me as if I had no information whatsoever on the brand or how shoes should fit or how to buy the right shoe for me. Wouldn't give direct answers to my questions but rather a "lesson" based on my question. She watched me walk and analyzed me saying that my knee wobbles when I walk. I told he I have a bad knee. She corrected me and said it wasn't because of that it's how you have to stand and move your feet. It took FOREVER for her to find one pair of shoes for me to try on. At one point, she wanders off and started straightening up a bench that had random shoes on it. When I asked about the return policy I was told I have 5 days and you couldn't wear the shoes out of your house. How is someone supposed to know if a shoe will work for them by wearing them around the house? When I asked about that she got angry with me and told me if I wasn't sure, then don't buy the shoes. I grabbed my bag and said, "I won't and this was a terrible experience!" Will never shop there unless it sells to a new owner.

The owner of this store is extremely knowledgeable and she doesn't hesitate to give you advise on the best shoes for your feet. Take her advice! She knows shoes! I've bought many shoes there for my family, so I went there when I developed plantar fasciitis. She gave me great advice and strongly recommended a pair of Dansco shoes. These are the best shoes I've ever worn. Now I am pain-free. My husband also loves this store. We can get Oofos, Vionics and Crocs all in one place. The staff is great. We love this store!

Very mean lady/ owner ... she is very dishonest private shoe shop owner about selling her merchandise. She knew I liked the shoe she took the 50% tag and said they were always 30% off. She is shameless she switched tags right in-front of me and my husband

Very large shoe store. They carry Crocs to Oofos to Merrill and more. They carry sizes for men, women and children. It's a very large and eclectic selection.
