Very poor service. I had filed my 2015 taxes with them never got the returns back. The people there have no knowledge of tax filing and file it wrong. The lady who filed my returns said she would print and give me the returns when I later looked it was just a booklet of coupons. Their customer service also sucks. Any international student should definitely not go to them as they have no knowledge.

I will not be filing here for my third year I didn't receive my federal taxes unit the summer of 2019 (Not due to covid) Tax preparer "Destiny" at the time was the cause of the situation. The inconvenience was overwhelming I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Melissa Patterson was amazing!..She was patient and VERY thorough with my taxes and explained things and answered any questions I had, she stayed late to make sure my taxes were complete so I wouldnt have to come back in. I would HIGHLY recommend Jackson Hewitt on Bailey Ave and especially Melissa Patterson!

Some years I've paid $200 -$250 This year 2021 is like almost #400 .. The amount to have you guy do my taxes is getting Absolutely Ridiculous!!
