I went to Jackson Hewitt on South Park avenue Sheila was absolutely amazing she alway takes her time she's caring and a good worker I really appreciate Jackson Hewitt and the way they treat their customers two thumbs up Jackson hewitt!! keep it up yours truly Ebony see you next year!

I absolutely loved my experience at this location. The Receptionist Katie Young was sweet on the phone and made me smile when she welcomed me into their building. My Tax Preparer Sheila Waters was amazing with her knowledge of filing taxes. If I had a question, she made to answer so I could understand what was going on which I truly appreciate. Can't wait to see these girls next year.

Your receptionist Ms. Young, was very kind and professional. I couldnt say more wonderful things about Mrs Shelia Waters, a seasoned veteran with over 40 years tax prep experience, she was very kind, patient and thorough. She went above and beyond to accommodate and answer any and all questions I had. She supplied me with helpful knowledge without hesitation, I didnt feel pressured to make any decisions I wasn't comfortable with and that is truly appreciated. Highly recommended office and wonderful staff.

Sheila Waters was my rep. She took me right away, without an appointment, and even gave me a discount, to accommodate my extra drive from Derby, where I was supposed to have my appointment in the first place. THAT rep never showed, nor was I able to reach the location. Anyway, Sheila and her daughter? Katie were both very pleasant, and my whole experience there was great.

My first time at the South Buffalo location for (JH) at 1968 South Park Avenue was a great experience! The office is very neat and clean, the ladies are helpful and knowledgeable.Sheila Waters is just of 1 the wonderful staff they have there for all your tax questions and concerns. She is so super funny and always able to lend an ear or hug if you need it. ❤️I highly recommend this office location. #JacksonHewitt

This was the best experience as I've had going in to get my taxes done. Katie Young, the receptionist, was so polite and helpful. Amd Sheila Waters, the preparer, was amazing and showed me everything I needed to understand. Any question I had was answered. I will surely be back next year. Thank you guys so much

My tax advocate her name was shelia waters very kind and made sure everything was explained she fixed all my errors from a lady that prepared my taxes in December I give her 5 stars for her work also her receptionist Katie young was awesome too I would recommend them to anyone
