Lovely accessories and clothes, not an overall good experience, I try to not to complain about places but Staff were not in sight to offer help and had to be flagged to help and still
Similarly other people were waiting for help. It was not a busy store so I am not sure if they picked and chose how they interacted and helped.

I love JCrew and I am excited to visit the stores because I prefer shopping in person to online shopping. I got some great clothes at the Galleria Mall location, but the customer service was really poor. We were not greeted when we came in, carried around a bunch of clothes with no offers of a fitting room. I was disappointed.

This J.Crew does not answer phones and does not ship any orders on time. They do not answer for their own customer service regarding why they have failed to ship orders on time

Had never been to a JCrew before. They really nailed the balance between having staff available but not being intrusive or pushy. The clothes here are pretty nice. If you are very tall you can try their stretchy stuff it looks good I'd say. Also you can return things here

Rude management, unwilling to work as a team. The staff seemed friendly but management seemed unwilling to do their job (go figure!) Their overpriced clothing and lazy demeanor will no longer be getting my business. Upset and disappointed.

Fantastic store, love, love the selection of clothes, shoes and accessories. There online service is incredible, if you place orders by phone they totally go out of there way to help you. I wish Canadian stores were more like J. Crew
