Even when I am in a pinch for a client, they go above and beyond to ensure the job is done on time and looks beautiful. Working in this industry for 15 years in WNY, and they are my go-to guys. I called last minute for a banner because I was having a pop up shop and Dave got the job done and it looked amazing. This is the second time he has got me out of a tight spot by producing and amazing banner for me! I recommend this print shop over all others. Customer service is a 10 out of 10

Called them up to place a large order. The man on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Very poor customer service. I will happily take my business elsewhere. Stay away!

I highly suggest Insty Prints for all your printing needs. I have had everything from business cards and service menus to vinyl decal and printed canvas done here. I have also had screen printed T-shirts’ made. I have never been disappointed and neither will you! Dave Metz is a pleasure to work with!

Every time I’ve come to Insty Prints I’ve been more than satisfied. The print quality comes out really good. I used them a handful of times and my customers have picked up their prints and have loved how they turned out. As a Graphic Designer it’s critical to find a print shop that is fair in price, has quality work, and has good turnaround times. Fortunately this place has all 3!

Talked to this guy place 6 weeks ago about a small project I was trying to accomplish. Told me to email him. 6 weeks later and two follow-up emails with no response. I give him an F for punctuality. I went to a chain instead.
