Since Iv'e been with Independent Health I have never had a problem talking to a live person and giving me answers to any problems or suggestions that I need. Just lately I had a question and talked to a woman named Stacy and she spent as much time as I needed and explained every thing I needed to know.

The negative reviews surprise me, although everyone is different, with different situations & entitled to their opinions. My wife and I have had Independent Health coverage for over 35 years, and have had two children born with IHA. Have had overwhelmingly positive experiences.

They NEVER follow thru! Always with the denial of service for in-home services because appointments are given PAST the 30days! Can NEVER find the referrals sent in by providers! And always needs to put you on hold to find someone to help you …TF
