If you need paint work done this is the place to go. The entire process was great from the first phone call.
I was concerned about the paint match as my car has a metallic pearl paint that I've heard can be difficult to match. After I talked to them I felt confident they would be able to get the job done and they did. The paint is an exact match and looks like it came from the factory.
A+ service all around. Will be returning for more work in the future.

We brought our Mazda CX 30 in to have the front fender replaced. Scott have us a quote right away and when we compared quotes from 3 different collision shops, his was the best. We brought the car back when he had the parts and it took 3 days to repair, which he told us before was exactly how long it would take. They did a great job on the car. We were very happy with everything from these good people. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

Scott was amazing and very helpful! He listened to us when we gave him our budget and did EXCELLENT work within the budget. He was really kind and did a great job explaining everything to us. I would 100% recommend him for any body work, the car looks amazing.

I recently brought my car in after being rear-ended. Scott and his team did a phenomenal job making my car look new again. It probably has not looked this good since I drove it off the lot. They were very transparent throughout the whole process and communication was excellent.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for any collision repair.

I’m writing this review right as I leave IN Collision because these people blessed me today. Awesome staff and the service man found a solution that saved me a lot of stress and money. I found them off google and went because of the good reviews. I will absolutely go back and definitely recommend them for honest work.

My partner was recently involved in a minor fender-bender where another driver rear-ended her. Thankfully, no one was injured and the damage was relatively minor. The other driver's insurance assumed fault for the accident and I went through the process of filing a claim.
IN Collision & Auto Repair introduced me to an entirely different side of the automotive customer service industry. Not only were they the only auto shop that was able to work on my car the same month, but they had me bring the car in the very same day that I called them for a quote. Scott and his team handled everything with the insurance, including billing them for more than they originally quoted and extended my rental car for roughly three weeks. He gave me a full tour of the shop and was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. I have very little knowledge of cars, but he took time to explain every little detail.
Not that I want to get into another accident, but if I did, Scott and his team would be the first people I'd take my car to. They will make every single effort to repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition and will do all the work with the insurance company. I loved the customer service so much, that I plan to get all of my maintenance work done with them as well.

IN Collision has won our family over. We were referred by a friend when we needed collision repair and they went above and beyond what was expected. Scott kept us updated and handled all insurance claims. It made an otherwise stressful situation made very smooth. We love their customer service and appreciate their monthly newsletter with coupons for oil changes etc. I would recommend for regular service and collision repairs.
