I ordered Ten (10) skirts from them on Amazon. They only shipped Two (2). When i complained they claimed that they sent Ten (10) even telling me that I need to file a claim with Amazon. They stated they sent multiple boxes, (They Didnt), they claimed that the boxes were packed Five (5) each, they weren't. THEY SHIPPED ONLY TWO (2) of the skirts.
I returned the package, for them to only credit my acccount for Two (2) skirts.
Way to rip me off for $300.00

Contrary to everything I see from a review perspective, my experience was great. I made a custom gift purchase and needed it within 7 days, the Customer Service Rep made it happen. Great experience.

Is there a rating less than 1. This COMPANY SUCKS!!! NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. I WISH I WOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS FIRST. THEY LACK COMMUNICATION. HAVE NO PROBLEM GETTING PAYMENT, BUT LACK THE SAME ENERGY FOR REFUNDS. I DID GET ACPHONE CALL BACK AFTER THE DELAY ON MY ORDER. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THRM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!

This company refuses to communicate with customers and does a very poor job of updating the order online. Hoping for a delivery date that isn't an outright lie? This company will email you call you to say they've shipped, but when you check with FedEx...it's still in their warehouse in Brooklyn. They'll string you along pretending they've filled your order for a long time...it's not worth it. They are wasting your time on purpose hoping you will not pursue a refund.Recieved order after almost two weeks. It was late because they had to complete the order by getting my aprons from Chef's Wear. The orange stripe 36" weight towels I ordered were USED and green striped (wrong weight/thickness). The jackets button holes are too small.Not worth the aggravation. Poor quality, astoundingly bad service. Mercer Culinary next time.

They asked for documentation about my disability. I soon as I provided it to them they started treating me like I was stupid. They placed unreasonable expectations on me. The supervisor and owner began talking to me with no respect. Eventually, I was fired because of my disability.

This company is absolutely the worst. I waited more than 2 weeks for a manager to return my call after I inquired about returning an item. When finally got in touch with her she said that I will have to pay a 50% restocking fee to return the item because it was "custom made quick" (the item was not a custom item) and their return policy is very misleading. You will only find great reviews on their website but google reviews tell the true story about this company. Bunch of scammers.

Google really should have a zero star option. Let me put this plainly. This company will STEAL your money. I placed an order and during the checkout process the information provided stated it would arrive on time. Upon receiving the order confirmation email, the shipping information was completely different and it was obvious the order would not arrive on time. I emailed to cancel the order, which they did after days of waiting. They were supposed to have refunded my money since I never received a product. It has been three weeks, three emails and a phone call later, and I have not received a refund. This is blatant THEFT. After waiting a week for a response to one of my emails, their customer service said they were “behind in returns.” Having been in retail for more than a decade and now working in the technical industry, I know this is a technical process which does not actually require much if any physical effort. This company is literally stealing from people. I highly recommend avoiding this company, telling everyone you know to avoid this company and this brand, which is sold in many places including Amazon and Bed Bath & Beyond, etc. I’ll be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and looking into anyother ways I can hold this company accountable. Complete disregard for the client base who keeps their company afloat. They don’t deserve to be in business and if there were a way I could close their doors I would after reading the plethora of reviews with similar unprofessional, immoral actions and behavior this company and its employees exhibit. I’ll also be writing letters to the Buyers for the major stores who sell this brand (yes, this is actually doable), advising them that being in business and associated with a company such as this is not serving their customers or their own brand well and is instead rewarding a company which mistreats and steals from people. UPDATE: Thanks to PayPal, they were able to get this company to issue a refund…HOWEVER, the company shorted me $10 in that refund. RIDICULOUS, considering a product was never shipped. So I just paid $10 for even considering a purchase with them. This company is a disgrace to customer service.

Arrived later then expected, returned the shoes i bought and spend 1 and a half months calling till i get a refund, using the covid excuse is unexceptable. Shop @ chef uniforms everyone and you would get your shoes or if you dont like it a refund faster

Ordered a pair of shoes in a size 7.5 for a news years eve party at my job on 12/22/21. Received order on 12/27/21. Very disappointed, was shipped the wrong size. Shoes are a size 7.0 and too small. Emailed company to start return process and see if I could get correct size overnighted and have gotten no response back. Called customer service and got automated message that they will be closed through January 3rd...so much for getting my order corrected in a timely manner. They really dropped the ball on this one. This was my first time ordering from this company and I probably won't order from them again. I'll stick with Shoes for Crews from now on!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “BUSINESS”I ordered a pair of shoes from this place online and when I got them they were way too big so when I called the customer service number and spoke with Nancy she wanted to tell me that it was my fault because I didn’t choose the right size, that they weren’t going to accept shoes back that were in perfect condition, and she wanted to always cut me off while I was speaking and talk to me like I was a child. If I could give them ZERO STARS I would!!!!! She is a terrible business owner and will not work with you on anything about returns.

This is an amazing resource for table linens and aprons! They offer other textile products, and the website is unusually friendly. Customer service is the best I have ever encountered for on-line shopping. Nancy and Sandy listened patiently to my questions, and made spot-on suggestions. There is a wide choice of colors, fabrics and styles. If in doubt, as I was, I ordered, for a dollar plus, a swatch card. I ended up getting two sets of runners with coordinating napkins, and an apron, all at phenomenal prices.

⚠️Warning ⚠️ DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! This was our 1st time ordering from this company online & we were ripped off. We paid for a embroidered chef jacket that we NEVER received.
