These ladies are so nice, and friendly and will bend over backwards to accommodate you.
I moved here in September from Washington state and I was having a hard time getting in to get my hair done. Every place that I would call would either have voice mail and would never call back, or it was an online request for an appointment that went nowhere. These were all 3 to 5-star salons via reviews. And I would never hear back. This went on for roughly a month in a half.
So one day I was physically going to one of the salons that I had been trying to get into for weeks and go figure...the salon was closed even though the website stated they were open. Hungry, I walked across the street to get some food and passed by this salon and just walked in and within minutes was given an appointment for the following week...it was amazing. I haven't gone to any other place since.

Imagine Salon is phenomenal!!! I have to say that first …. Every time you’re there they treat you better than family!! (Love) Annie (I personally love her)is always available to keep the style I want and my dye (on tact)to keep my wisdom look at its best at hiding lol! She ensures my hair is at its most healthiest state! Marie always remembers everything you’ve told her the last time you’ve seen her !! I love this awesome salon! The salon is clean and the employees are extremely kind. I visit here once a month for a pedicure. There are two pedicure massaging chairs, a few nail stations and a bunch of hair stations. The nail area and massage areas are secluded from the hair dressing area. Street parking is readily available. I love this salon! I was looking for a trustworthy, reputable, and local Buffalo business and that is what I found in Imagine.

As usual, there is no other Salon. There is nothing out there that can convince me that is better than this salon. Personal, professional, clean, understanding clients wants and needs while helping to decide what is best. Care is personalized to each individual client and not pushing cuts and products just to fill the chair again.
