First they double booked me so I had to wait over a hour and a half. Then The first guy enter the wrong information in 4 different places getting me rejected by the IRSThe supervisor didn’t know how to fix it so they ignored me for days until I took off work and refused to leave until they fix what THEY messed up. By then I had figured it out myself and had to tell them what needed to be fixed.They charge you $475 to f up your money and talk down to you. I felt completely discriminated against once I didn’t feed into Joe’s CREEPY antics. And now my taxes are going to take another 10-15 days because he put in the wrong bank information. And as if I hadn’t been insulted enough I was told “we are going to help you out” and they gave me a $25 coupon. TRUST ME GO turboTax

Joe’s more interested in trying to impress young women rather than doing your taxes. Seriously was there an hour waiting for my appointment and listening to him pushing conversation longer than it needed to be with pathetic jokes and “special” tax saving opportunities. Even his coworker had to remind him that I was waiting; to which he replied he spoke to me ( no he did not ). Go to this place if you want to get entertainment on a a Thursday evening listening to him fail at getting women through being a horrible Tax Return Agent and people person.

Had a 6pm appointment, waited politely over 30 minutes when I was told “hey I’m just finishing up I’ll be a few minutes behind”. When I finally said “excuse me?” And he came to the front I said “I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes I’m sorry i can’t wait anymore” and the rep rolled his eyes, threw his hands up and said “well I don’t know what you want me to do I’m with a customer?!” Idk maybe offer to reschedule? Give me a warning of the wait time? Treat me with the respect I’m treating you with? I was unreasonably polite and the rep was so rude, I’m honestly shocked by the reaction. I left and go elsewhere. 10/10 don’t recommend if you have anywhere to be and want to be treated politely.

Pretty bad. Good luck getting your taxes done accurately or having your phone calls returned if you have concerns about taxes they have already completed. Have fun waiting for the IRS to contact you after it receives your poorly done taxes.

I availed their services an year ago. I am yet to receive the NY return (The refund check seem to be lost) while one of the federal returns is stuck somewhere with the IRS. This has been such a headache to follow up with the IRS. One would think that after paying substantial amount for tax filing, one would get it without any further hassle. My story has been the opposite. Refunds got stuck and I am left to deal with IRS on my own.

Didn’t even know how to properly fill out an it-209 form or what the income requirements were without looking it up online and calling colleagues whom also were clueless.
