Have stayed at this hotel several times since it opened, however this time the room let me down. The breakfast was great, plenty of it and fresh and front desk staff very helpful. However, in my room I went to utilize the sofa bed, when I opened it I found bits of food all over the sheets and stains on the bedding. I then located the extra set of sheets and proceeded to change the sheets and discovered more stains on the mattress. I was very dissapointed with this since I had to sleep on that bed since my wife and kids were on the main bed and it was not a pleasant experience. Please focus on the housekeeping and cleanliness, since the rest of the hotel is great..

PM of Oct 18, arrived and settled in, my wife stepped on a black bug in the corner of tile floor adjacent to sofa, wiped up and flushed down the toilet as we had our dog. Dined out and arrived back to the room. Queen bed seemed smaller than usual so my wife and dog decided to stay on pull out sofa, opened up the linen bag to prepare her bedding. After doing so there was another black bug on the sheet ( picture ) and she called me to look, I thought it was a tick and removed it to a clear glass and covered it. Called the front desk for new linen, pillow and blanket advising what was found and placed the old outside the room door. This was the first of a two day road trip to visit our daughter, son in law and two grandchildren, consequently we went to different beds early to continue our next day of travel. I awoke to my wife and dog as she was "itchy" during the night from the "bug" in the bedding. I / we had no hot water for showers, I went to the lobby to advise and was asked "which room so I can add your name to the list and the manager will call when she comes in" I advised #323. Soon after on our trip W we spoke to our daughter and advised her of the two bugs which were probably ticks and sent her the picture, almost immediately she advised that because of the legs on the insect it was a BED BUG and told us to call the ( well researched ) hotel so they know. When we left my wife put a note over the glass - dish stating where it was found. Immediately a call was placed and spoken to Shannon who stated she was a manager. Shannon took the information very seriously and said she would go to room 323 and find this prior to housekeeping arriving and get back to her.....hours and miles passed and communication between my daughter as well as internet questions arose and still nothing from Shannon. The guidelines were being set once we arrived to our destination to stop any possible "infestation of bed bugs". My wife called Shannon hours later, but before our arrival, Shannon was forthcoming and stated it was indeed a bed bug and advised about how to deal with out clothing, luggage etc. A very longer story short, we were greeted by 6 trash bags in a two car garage, two of which covered us to the showers to "decontaminate from the bed bugs" instead of our two grandchildren. Later that day a bite ( pic ) was discovered on my wife, a google discovery indicated "bed bug" .... since that incident I spoke ( last week ) to Shannon and updated her about the bite as well as the discarding of 3 fabric small suitcases and the lengthy detail "contamination" of my vehicle. I further explained that the lack of immediate communication could have saved alot of miscommunication and a more healthier outcome. Although Shannon was very comforting and professional, she did advise me last week she would reach out to what I recall as her "legal team" and get back to me ..... no communication sinceNearby activities: N/AFood & drinks: Plenty of local restaurants

We checked in late and then somehow booked the wrong night online, Jennifer and Chrissy helped us to still get a room. They were very kind! Room nice and clean. Would stay here again!

The induction was not warm and there was no pot.Guests in both hotels have to eat breakfast in one placeSo there's not enough food and seats.I think the hotel need to increase the seating space.The staff are kind.

Hotel staff is amazing! Very friendly and accommodating! I needed to extend my stay and they were booked up so I thought I was going to have to pack up my belongings and head out but they went above and beyond to secure me the same room I was in and I am very happy...the breakfast is AMAZING! And my room is SPECTACULAR! VERY CLEAN AND LARGE AND COMFY! They have public grills outside and comfy sofas and patio sets with umbrellas...all in all just a really great place! Can't say enough good things about this place

If I could give it no stars I would. Awful experience at this hotel. Our room was DISGUSTING! Pictures to prove it also. The bedding and bed mattress had brown stains on it. Queen beds seemed to be more of a double size bed. Walls were stained, there was hair all over the pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed cushions were also stained. The carpet was stained and smelled of pee. The seat of the desk chair was also stained. I asked the lady at the front desk for all new bedding especially since the extra bag of bedding in the cabinet under the tv smelled and pillows were yellow. She just got me new bedding sets didn't apologize or have housekeeping come to the room. When I went to fix our beds is when I noticed the brown stains on the sofa bed mattress. The other sheets she gave me were still wet when I unfolded them. I called the front desk to explain the situation with the room and was told she was sorry and that she would send housekeeping. I asked if we could get a new room and she said they were fully booked and could not help me with that. It took housekeeping 15 minutes to come to the room and the lady brought me one set of bedding. I showed her the stain and she didn't say anything or asked if I needed anything else. I requested more bedding and pillow cases so I could layer the beds/pillows to try to feel somewhat comfortable. The pool also had chicken fingers in it, we had to use the net ourselves to take it out. A hotel staff member came in at the time and didn't say anything. Had to enter through the Tru side of the hotel because the Hilton side was not working. The doors from the Hilton side didn't work during the day and at night they were propped half open. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone after that experience.Rooms: Room was DISGUSTING and not cleaned at all.Safety: Some doors to enter were out of order so you couldn't enter them but at night they were propped open half way.

Gross and old. Front desk was very rude. Common areas felt like the heat was on, it was july. Bedding was very minimal, found some additional pillows and blankets hidden under the tv, I was appalled to see the coloring in the clear light of day. I stayed in 4 hotels on this trip across the country and this was by far the worst. Customer service never responded.

Friendly people, great room. The one I was in had a full size fridge, dishes, deep sink and a dishwasher! They even had dishwasher soap. Very handy location as well.

The overall experience was okay. We stayed for two nights (the weekend before the 4th of July) and it seemed the staff was a little bit overwhelmed by the number of guests! The breakfast service was below the average; the variety and quality of the food were so-so; the empty food trays and fruits/cheeses/jams/bread took forever to get refilled; the pancake machine didn’t work properly! There wasn't enough room to sit for breakfast!The gym area was good; the room was very clean although the housekeeper service was upon request; the lobby’s bathroom was okay too but didn’t get cleaned at least throughout our stay!Food & drinks: The breakfast service was below the average; the variety and quality of the food were so-so; the empty food trays and fruits/cheeses/jams/bread took forever to get refilled; the pancake machine didn’t work properly! There wasn't enough room to sit for breakfast!

Uncomfortable beds and terrible breakfast (sausage and breakfast sandwiches taste like salt and chemicals, not food... Such a good value staying here. The rooms and facility was clean, remodeled and spacious. Everything felt fresh and new. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I appreciated the extra room in the space to prep for meetings. The breakfast was solid (good bacon). I didn’t realize they had an airport shuttle so that was a nice surprise.

Checked in late and the dishwasher was on and flooding into our room and had to switch rooms. The night attendant seemed more interested in looking at her cell phone than accommodating our request for a late check-out which we were denied because two other guests had already requested them. Never staying at this hotel ever again.

The was a perfect hotel for comfort and terrific pillows. The sheets were soft and extremely comfortable. Room was clean and quiet and the staff goes out of their way to treat you as you would like.
