The lines were insane . Basically every single person in line ahead of me had an item which would not ring up into the system.. 28 minutes later I finally left with one package of tissue paper . Patiently waited even when they were taking people from back of lines and ringing them out before me and the older woman in my line. No one apologized and it was a disaster . Terrible customer service. Very nice store but 28 minute lines are never okay especially when workers are walking around in hoodies not even looking like workers .

Week before Christmas, lines are very long and they have only 2 of 10 registers open.Manager is walking around emptying garbage instead of helping cash out.SMH !!
