Unfriendly staff and cashiers, poor customer service. I had a return for items of purchased 3 days earlier in the bag with the receipt, untouched. They were bags of candy melts. I was told they could not be returned. Wow! I was waiting for the third manager, I went to their website to investigate further. There was nothing stating these could not be returned. Manager number three still refused to give me a refund. She said, Burger King wouldn't take back their french fries and give you a refund. Would they? Well? Yes, yes they would! She was very unprofessional and sarcastic.
As I was walking out said any whiny mimicking voice, have a nice day. Nope! You done cut the tree to customer that way!! So I called corporate and explain the situation. Corporate called the store and told them to give me my money back because it was not their policy to not refund consumables, especially ones that aren't opened or seasonal. When I got back in the store for my refund, a fourth manager whom I haven't met yet came out to take care of it himself. Nasty sarcastic manager was nowhere in sight.
I was happy with the outcome and corporate, but that store gets two thumbs down.

It's a pleasant store with a good assortment of merchandise and reasonable prices. We truly enjoy shopping there. However, we don't think their religious ideals should be so prominent. For example, we overheard an employee saying that she had to stop using a particular social media site, because Hobby Lobby told her to. It's a free country. That kind of religious intrusion on an employee's private activity has no place in business.

They carry yarn bee so unfortunately I'll keep going here or start ordering online. Lines are always crazy long and the registers seem to move at a snails pace. Also the whole Catholic extremism thing is a HUGE bummer.

Hobby Lobby is not the same anymore. We crossed the border end of April 24. I was excited to get there. Left totally dissatisfied spending $12.
The store is displaying Halloween stuff which is a real downer when it's barely spring. The sales were AWFUL. Huge disappointment really. I complained to cashiers, they said everyone is complaining. I used to spend hundreds $$$ everytime . Hours and hours.
It was my go to store. No longer.
The changes they are implementing have ruined Hobby Lobby.

I love Hobby Lobby. They have something for every craft and creative person. The staff is always kind and helpful and this location is no exception.
