I've been to this location a few times now and each time have had a great experience. I've talked to both James and Trevor and they both were knowledgeable and provided exemplary customer service. As a newer player, it was great hearing input and the patience they showed to answer my questions, regardless how rudimentary they were.I hope to get down there for a game night sometime!

This is a great spot for organized game play! Husband and I have been participating in the Lorcana TCG league and the league runner Jess has always been amazing, there has always been plenty of room for our players and they have a great core group of players as well! The store is always very organized and the clerks always friendly and helpful.

I've been to great escape lots of times. My family has a lot of board games from here and they're really fun. We go to the lorcana tournaments and it's always well run with great prizes. The staff is always nice and helpful highly recommend going.

I love this store so much. Jessica is especially helpful. I go here for the Lorcana event every Saturday. They have so many other hobbies they support too. I would encourage everyone to pop in to check it out.

a really great place to play & shop for current games of all types. staff is friendly, knowledgeable and over-the-top accommodating, the selection of games to choose from is extensive and the players I’ve met and played with are friendly and helpful as well.

Absolutely fantastic store, I frequent the Galleria and it's mostly to hang out here and check the Star Wars Legion stock and chat with the employees (when they're not helping someone else)Also host great paint nights on Wednesdays with fun events!I highly recommend for any and all table top gamers!

One of the workers there named “James” lacks the people skills to handle a customer service type job. From the moment I entered the store and until I departed. The “salesperson” came off rude and bothered that I was asking questions about a certain product I like. Not to mention after the decent amount of money I spent the did the “employee”spend didn’t offer me to sell a bag. I will never provide my business to this location again. It really didn’t feel inviting. I do recommend management try doing some coaching skills on human compassion/showing empathy and offering additional assistance.

Me and my kids have a great time at the Great Escape (Walden Galeria) Lorcana league on Saturdays. You get to play a cool game, meet new people, and score some prizes. Encourage you to come and check it out.

While this store always seems well stocked, the name had me overlook it multiple times when shopping the mall. I assumed from the name that it was associated with an escape room as there are a few experiences in the mall.They have an assortment of tabletop games, but board games are my main interest in that category and I’ve always been able to find something I was interested in each time I’ve visited.

Called early morning, requesting some assistance on some 40K products and guidance on what to buy. Spoke with James, who was incredibly helpful. He was able to put some items on hold for me and I travelled across from Canada over the boarder for these items (since supply chain issues are tricky at the moment)When I arrived I spoke to Jessica, who was incredibly understanding, caring and passionate about the business and gaming community.I recommend giving this store a shot for fantastic selections, prices and wonderful customer service.Thank you again Jessica & James, from your friend over in Canada.Cheers,
