I understand the salon is busy with back to school, but my kid received the most careless haircut I’ve ever seen at this location. Hesitant to return to see if they can fix it, because at this point the only remedy may be a buzz cut. I won’t be returning.

Contemplating legal action or a report to the BBB…..when I checked in the girl asked me my age, I’m thinking that was very discriminating, looked like she entered it into the computer after I told her. I tried not to let her know that I was pretty pissed because I really just wanted a haircut. The haircut was acceptable and I tipped her probably more than most customers would. Unless your going to offer me a whole bunch coupons or free cuts Im going to be more pissed😡

I have never been to this great clips but decided to give it a try. I went in and there was no wait. The person greeted me and her name was Rissa. I have never had a more miserable person cut my hair. After I told her to just take a 1-1.5 inches off my hair she proceeded to wet it down and comb. She couldn’t have been bothered to gently comb through my hair but actually dragged the comb through it actually pulling out quite a bit of hair and hurting me in the process. She was going on and on about how she’s leaving there to become a teacher and can’t wait. Well I feel sorry for whoever she’s going to teach. Very miserable person who is full of herself. Would not recommend this location of Great Clips

One of the worst haircuts of my life. Was the day before my HS grad and I walked in and asked for an inch off all around to make my graduation cap fit. I don’t remember their name but a bigger woman called me over and began to cut my hair. After a while I began to notice my hair was much shorter than it needed to be and there were at minimum 3 inches cut from my hair. Not to mention its just plain and simple a bad haircut, its completely uneven being shorter on the right side back and front than it is on the left. Do not recommend.

I asked the girl to wet my hair she said she didn't need to and ignored my request she cut the back of my hair in 1 minutes and said I was done I asked what about the front Oh ok She couldn't wait to get to the next customer 3 minutes I pd 25 dollars and had to go somewhere else to get it cut correctly waste of money

Requested style: I am a basic haircut with shaver. I was able to chose how short I wanted it and the rest was easy
