This has to be one of the best mechanics I’ve been to. Had the pleasure of meeting Jim in a desperate situation, to which he helped with kindness, honesty and high quality service. Jim is amazing- I’d recommend him for mechanical needs. He offers affordable and honest prices and more importantly superb work. Thanks Jim for saving the stranded couple!

I was in Buffalo today for work out of Syracuse, and I ran over a screw on the Thruway. My tire pressure was dropping and I needed to get it replaced so I could get home to my kids for when they got out of school. I have a government vehicle and the authorization takes time. I drove around to a couple places trying to find somebody to get me in….. I believe it was the manager there, he was very accommodating and was able to get me in and fix my tire. Knew I was in a tough situation with a limited timeframe. They were very respectable and very responsive. I could not recommend this place more to anybody that is in need. I appreciate you guys so much and I wish you guys happy holidays!!!

If you are considering buying tires or having your car serviced at the Goodyear locations on Sheridan Drive or Niagara Falls Blvd; take the time to get quotes from the Firestone location on Niagara Falls Blvd. You may discover, as I did, that Firestone is much better in many ways.

This is in regards to Goodyear in Buffalo NY on Main Street. Unaware that I was sold used tires last year and made a big stink about it. I was not given the chance to get them replaced. I paid over $400 for 4 Cooper Evolution tires. Tires now after 1 yr have dry rot. And manager Jim is refusing to Change them. Complaint made, claim number given, tires inspected. Still nothing. My phone calls are being denied. I told them I was going to sue them,! Tires have a 6 yr guarantee and all parties involved appear to be dragging their feet. Mind you, Goodyear also gave my car a inspection sticker after I told them it just failed state inspection. Trustworthy, not at all!! I'm requesting a chance in tires, so I don't have to Sue them. Your thoughts

Helpful and honest but a bit expensive… a $150 diagnostic fee is a bit ridiculous.

Brought my car here for an inspection. They charged $75 in labor (30 mins) to change a high beam which I know for a fact was functional earlier this week. Anyone can do that work in 5 minutes or less. I feel I was taken advantage of due to having a limited time window to get inspected after moving from out state. Two stars because the front desk worker was at least friendly. Cannot recommend.
