Looking at the reviews, they are mostly by truckers, both good and bad. Makes sense, because why else would you go to a factory that does not offer tours. Well, I didn’t even get that close, for me it was just the smell. The fragrance of freshly made cereal hanging over the whole neighborhood. Must’ve been a honey nut Cheerios that day. Loved it! I’m glad to hear the place is really clean.

Arrived 1.5 hours early for a live load of flour. General Mills shipping office hands down is the ssssslowest to load. Literally reset my 10 hour clock waiting to be loaded. They went out of their way to not care. So much so they have an 8x11 paper flat out stating if you stare at their forklift drivers (for being slow) they will load you even slower. I’ve attached a picture to demonstrate their lack of professionalism.

For me it’s good pickup. Checked in with security before go to dock office. Came early and loaded in 30 mins.

Hi truckers, when you get there from stop sign to the right than you will see guard shack. Loading takes about three hours, weight about 25000 lb. Bathroom available

Truckers just heads up do not get load from this company I had bad experience. If you guys want to use your luck go ahead.I checked in 10:00 am still its 4:00 pm haven’t loaded yet. I checked with shipper office the office lied to me they are changing shift how they change shifts when it’s 2:00 pm we all know shifts changes between 3 and 4 pm always.Anyway their shift change took 1 and half hours still 3:31 minutes not touched my trailer yet.If you truckers want this load make sure broker pay you good and also ready for detention.Very bad management inside shipping and receiving office.

Shipping is amazing. They make a way to get you loaded with the short handed staffing they are provided.when the system went down (the computer) you guys kept pushing through keep up the great work

Avoid this place for live loads or any load, this place is horrible has no respect for drivers, this place would tell you, you are going to get loaded in less than an hour which it could really be a few hrs at least. BIG NO NO NO TO THIS PLACE.

Location: RU picking up Flour- look straight across the railroad n notice the blue/white GM sign. To get in tht lot first-turn lft drive ¼ trn rt. Across tracks n quick rt 2 come alone side of tht bldg & the train tracks so as 2 bckup into the docks. Yep. It was a learning experience 4me2. Yippee Caye
