I love this location. The employees were very helpful and courteous with my every need. Gavin and I can't remember the name of the girl that was working with him were amazing. The store had plenty of inventory to choose from and was laid out very nice. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Buffalo.

Got some advice on a product in the store from one of the employees and I was sad to find out they were wrong. Makes me wonder if it was just an innocent mistake or a move to make a sale.

I went into the store with my two daughters and the two girls working were amazing! I'm a District manager for a large well known company and if it's one thing I know, it's customer service. Good or bad, I've seen it all. These girls showed us some of the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Don't let these two go!

Came in with my son to exchange an Xbox One and some games for credit. Not only did the lovely lady at the counter offer a seamless experience, but for a brief moment I thought I'd entered a barter system from ancient times. Who knew that in 2023, you could still trade old treasures for new magic? A+ experience! Would recommend for all time-traveling trade enthusiasts.

Ty for all the a1 costumer service I remember nastalgic and amazing people who work there knowledgeable beyond words like sailor scout stuff for ya and merch I thought I'd never see again love ? your story I couldn't be happier yeahy thank u for your help today can't wait to return when I can afford it again ??? so much merch go check them out staff are great ???????? now my bff want to renew his membership ?

Avoid this store if you are purchasing figures—well, or anything. I purchased a Star Wars Black Series figure at another GameStop, but I found it for over $10 cheaper on Amazon. So, I returned it to my local GameStop. There used to be a very friendly guy working there, but now there is a grumpy guy who was very rude. I was accused of opening the item because there was clear tape on the bottom (the rest of the box was in perfect condition and the figure was untouched). All Star Wars Black Series figures have clear tape on the bottom to prevent the figure or accessories from falling out. Even the figure from Amazon I received had the same tape. He should know this as he works at the store. I try to support local stores over Amazon, but when people are rude, online becomes the better option.
