I love this location. The employees were very helpful and courteous with my every need. Gavin and I can't remember the name of the girl that was working with him were amazing. The store had plenty of inventory to choose from and was laid out very nice. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Buffalo.

Got some advice on a product in the store from one of the employees and I was sad to find out they were wrong. Makes me wonder if it was just an innocent mistake or a move to make a sale.

Went it for a pick up order and was in and out quick, manager even hooked me up with exchanging one of the games out for a better one without me saying a word, nice catch of attention to detail ?
