Worst GameStop ever the place Open at 11 then they close again at noon. They don’t open till one service is atrocious. I just I have nothing good to say about this place.

The people that work at this GameStop I really knowledgeable about their products and do not mind helping you you can find most games there when you cannot find them at any other GameStop

I cannot use my GIFT cards to buy currency of any kind..... Cooperate change the policy as of december 1st to say that you cannot use gift cards/trade credit/rewards to buy steam credit or playstation/xbox cards. If its my gift card its cash that was promised to be spent at gamestop which I AM. this is very rediculous. not doing business with Gamestop any time soon!

Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Even though the store was busy they were very patient and attentive.

Not being able to use a GameStop gift card to purchase PlayStation cards or any other digital items in the store is absolutely ridiculous what is the point of having the gift card if you can't use it for what you want that you sell in your own store I mean a gift card is meant to buy things in your store that you sell if you sell it I should be able to get it with a gift card I think that's absolutely wrong that I have to pick and choose what I can and cannot buy with a gift card for your own store I will never purchase one myself for anyone and I will make sure that I tell people in the future never to get me one it was an absolute waste of their money and my own

GREAT employees. Especially the black man/ fellow African American with a nice fade and beard (excuse me for being offensive) man I met a couple weeks ago. He made my DAY and he (DEFINITELY‼️ Needs a raise) Great advice, great job answering concerns and concerns, and I love the dude to death. Mashallah the place is PACKED with games, deals, and discounts!! GO CHECK IT OUT!! (Shout out to my man behind the cash register!!!!!)

I don’t know who runs this place but it’s terrible & unprofessional. They don’t answer the phone at all and most the time you can tell they are hanging it up it won’t ring for even 30 seconds. We came here last week 40 mins before the closing time but they were still closed early. Then they were supposed to be open today at 11 it is now 20 after and they are all sitting inside with door locked ignoring my friend who even tried to knock on the door because it’s getting ridiculous. Get it together must be ran by irresponsible teenagers or something!!

I absolutely love this store. The workers are so polite and quick to be helpful. They always are quick to help you make a deal when selling merchandise to them or trading. Just an all around pleasure to be here and shop here.

I preordered remnant2 and can get there until 730pm cuz of my work schedule and yesterday and today you guys were closed at 7:30 when I got to the store! Sign says 8 I feel like you are stealing my preorder money and have half a mind to call the better business bureau!
