I don’t write reviews at all but this company is horrible!! The train their employees to purposefully deceive you for some “free promotional account” that ends up charging you when you sign up

The cashier asked if I wanted to sign up for the FYEVIP pass for 10% off my purchase. At no point did they mention it was a subscription service for $11.99/mo. Glad I looked and cancelled the plan. It was a cool store with some awesome stuff, but not stepping foot in there after that.

I was signed up for some FYE pass and was NOT told I would be charged $11.99 monthly for a service I will not and have not used. I thought I was signing up for a free store account like every other store in the mall. They only sent one email and which did not specify fees or costs anywhere I could find. Very disappointed and feeling scammed. A decent store and products but the staff at this location should be trained better. Don’t sign up for anything if you do shop here.

VERY pricey, but they've got a nice variety of stuff, and it's probably the best place in the mall for anime merch outside of BoxLunch! (we don't talk about otaku house)

Apparently one of the workers signed a family member up for the $11.99 a month membership without him knowing for over a year. I called the number to cancel it, which was successful, but they won't refund any of it. Never, ever shopping there again.

I would avoid this store & their shady business practices. I just discovered a recurring charge on my credit card for $11.99 that they have been charging me monthly. When I went to the register to purchase my gifts the girl at the counter recommended I sign up for their loyalty member card. She said I would get a discount on what I was purchasing. I don’t normally do this but I said sure why not it’ll save me some money. She failed to tell me that I would be charged monthly for their loyalty card. I was also never emailed or contacted in any other way to notify me I was being charged. Steer clear from this place or you might end up in the same trap I ended up in.

Do your research before buying! Although they have cool stuff most of it is marked up quite a bit and can be found at other stores for better prices.
