These guys are great! A family heirloom piece had a leg that was broken off during a move across the country. The repair is practically flawless. They picked up the love seat, repaired it in about a week and delivered it on time. The cost was reasonable as well.

My best friend was moving across the country and she had her grandmothers table that she couldn't take with her . It was in rough shape but I definitely saw the beauty in the oval drop leaf table . The Furniture Hospital has repaired/restored a few items for me in the past and has done a wonderful job. I don't generally post pics or extensive reviews but this one I couldn't pass up. The table needed a lot of work . I thought it was oak but John told me it was sun bleached and that it was walnut . John also gave me some insight as to the age of the table and what it would look like refinished . I know it was in good hands . John called and it was ready for pick up in less than two weeks! I walked in, saw the table and was completely blown away ! The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is unmatched . Shocked was an understatement! Absolutely gorgeous! The Furniture Hospital isn't a fancy storefront and gallery . Don't expect a squeaky clean store when you walk in. Instead , it's a true working studio where John was in the middle of refinishing another piece when I came in . Beautiful furniture everywhere, waiting for its facelift and some TLC. Prices are very reasonable . Absolutely worth every penny . I can't say enough about The Furniture Hospital . Thank you John!!

I found this rocker in pieces at an estate sale.New runners were added by John at the Furniture Hospital and he made the whole piece sturdy again. I did the refinishing myself. Couldn’t be more pleased with it, I knew there was beautiful wood under that 100+ old varnish.
