In order to post this I had to choose at least one star; however, they do not deserve it. Worst online costumer service ever! I placed an order on 12/4. I contacted them on 12/18 because I hadn’t received my order and tracking was not available. I was told that my order is on its way and I will receive it within 48 hours. On 12/23 I contacted them again, as I still had not received my order. I was told that I would get it tomorrow, 12/24. On 12/29 I stillhadn’t received my order. So, I contacted them again and asked for a refund. I also asked why I was misinformed by costumer service previously, as they said my order wa on its way. They did not offer any explanations for that. Each time I contacted them I asked for assistance in locating my order or if they would reship it, to which they simple said “it’s on its way”, even after I explained that it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I will never shop with them again!

We had a family dinner here and as usual it was awesome. We had 4 people- 2 who opted for the grill style to cook their meat, and 2 of us vegetarians who used the Mojo and had the Good Earth Vegetarian meal. We had a reservation and were seated within 5 minutes of arrival. The restaurant was clean. We had both the Quattro Formagio and the classic cheddar for the cheese course and both were delicious. The salads were good. The wait staff (Logan was our waiter, but many others also helped- including the manager Tyler) was attentive to refilling drinks and asking if we needed anything else. The entrees were plenty filling, even if initially looking at it seemed like it was small. We all were almost stuffed before the chocolate course even started. But since we had done the 4 course option we did proceed with chocolate, of course! We had the dark and dulce, and the s'mores. The s'mores has a wonderful flambe at the table to toast the marshmallow in! There was a great variety of dippers and we had plenty to take home for later snacking. Overall a great experience.

As someone who was visiting for the first time, I was very confused at the menu. Our server was beyond patient answering every question, explaining options to us, and helping us make some sense of it all. At about $50 per person, we decided to split the single serving three course meal and it was plenty as my companion and I both left stuffed. So we started out with breads and things to dip in melted cheese with the glass stovetop panel in the center of the table. When we moved to the entree, we received raw pieces of meat to cook in the broth pot placed between us. I wasn't trying to be rude but I did comment that for the price they were charging we had to seriously cook our own meat? It was a bit strange to me but mid way through, it struck me that by cooking every little piece, it forces you to slow down and savor every bite. I did have a little snaffou as there was a piece of stone in one of my potatoes. It scared the blank out of me as I had recently had some dental repairs and I thought my crown fell out. I casually mentioned it to the server, as I know it wasn't their fault as potato grows in the ground, but the manager was kind enough to come over and apologize and talk to us. He gave us a coupon to use on our next visit which was very kind of him. So on to dessert... so we enjoyed fruits and cookie bites and so much fun to dip in the yin yang dark & white chocolate!! I left with happy tastebuds, a full tummy, and thoroughly enjoyed slowing down for a change to enjoy my dinner date and enjoy life !

Absolutely amazing first experience! Staff were very pleasant and made sure we had a great time. Food was all delicious, our server gave so many recommendations and was very kind explaining to us what they offered and the usuals so we knew what we were ordering and weren't uncomfortable. Will definitely return :)

I love this place everytime i come but i just cant get past the idea of waiting so long when 2/3 of the resteraunt is empty. It just baffles me that they told me i has to wait 45 minutes to an hour when theres was hardely anyone around and on a slow day for the mall.

The food here is amazing, the decor is contemporary and beautiful, the wait staff were perfect, and the manager personally greeted us which I found to be very impressive. A definite return visit is in order.
