Hello World this was a beautiful place to go to. I never ever got my eyebrows done I never ever got eyelashes on. The person that welcome me was the manager Shianne and she was so helpful and so sweet I said okay I can give this place a try. She was very professional she's very knowledgeable she was very patient and she was not rough she was like soft handed she understood that this was my first time and she understood that I might blink or look down she still did it in the glue you cannot see at all and that was my major concern too.

I love Francesca‘s jewelry and clothing however today I had to return some items that I got online and as the transaction was over they told me that they had to give me a gift card instead of reimbursing my PayPal and if I had returned it in the mail then I would’ve gotten the reimbursement to my PayPal but they didn’t tell me that prior to processing the transaction so even if I did want to actually return them by mail and get it on my PayPal which was what I wanted to do and would have done if they give me the chance they already processed it and gave me a gift card. they should have told me before hand because I wouldn’t have gone through with the transaction and yes I love to shop there and I did utilize the gift card but that’s not the point, I should’ve been made aware of before hand.

I don’t know her name but the cashier with the glasses and the shirt light brown hair needs to re evaluate what manners mean to her! She was so rude to me, I don’t recommend coming here if you want to be treated like a human being and not an animal. This woman looked like her name should be Emily.

I was recently in there with my 2 year old so . I went to try something on and the lady working was extremely helpful and proceeded to ask if i needed anything. While i continued to look around my son accidentally broke something. The lady working was so nice about it and instantly cleaned it up and told me to not even worry about it. Customer service is a huge thing in a store and when you have someone so nice and polite working it definitely makes coming back more worth it.
