My husband and I just bought two pairs of Brooks sneakers this week. We are both older adults with foot and knee issues. Trey did the analysis of our feet. We are thrilled with the shoes. He gave us a lot of information about how we were walking and the type of help that would be of benefit to us. He fit us with several different shoes and allowed us to compare. We took a lot of time to do this. It was really worth doing. The analysis was free with no obligation to buy. If in doubt, you should try getting this done. You can never get too much information.

I’m back on the road after having two kids and Fleet Feet helped get me there. Like a lot of moms, my feet aren’t the same size after pregnancies. I got measured and outfitted in my new right size. There were multiple options available to try and the staff was super helpful without being pushy. They even ordered in my chosen color preference at no charge to me, and I’ve got 60 days to make sure the shoes are what I need. They’ve made it really easy to get my feet run-ready. I’m really happy with my experience and will be back again!

The service and knowledge was great! I went there because they had the technology to measure my feet correctly. The sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. No pushy sales tactics.

Got fitted for shoes after apparently wearing the wrong size for years. The fitter was nice and the results of the scan were interesting. I love my new shoes so far, though they were expensive (the normal and expected price for running shoes). You’re not going to find “budget” brands here - only the higher quality brands. I’m hoping my investment will result in better performance and health! In addition I know there’s a good return/exchange policy if I ever need it.

Excellent experience. The staff were helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and as importantly, aware and accommodating of the fact that /I/ am not that knowledgeable. They explained things thoroughly, including why different things mattered, and helped me pick the shoes that were best for my goals.

I’ve gone twice now and both times the employees were super helpful and knowledgeable! The shoe prices are already great, but even better considering it includes the imaging and measurements of your feet!

Based on the advice of my running friends, I decided to visit a store to get fitted for shoes. I had been struggling with pain in my foot and knee, and after a quick and thorough scan, it became evident that I had been wearing the wrong size shoe and needed a more stable option. Skylar, the attendant, expertly recommended and fitted me with a pair of my favorite brand, Brooks. I also purchased run socks to address my blister issues. Since getting the new shoes, I can confidently say that I haven't experienced any pain while running. Overall, the entire experience was truly transformative!
