THE BEST THERE IS IN A PRIVATE GYM!Roy the owner is a fantastic personal trainer, I like coming and going as I please and no matter the day holiday or hour having the ability to let yourself in whenever you want is absolutely fantastic.Huge variety of equipment, never waiting in line for some kid to get off Facebook so I can use a machine or rack.

It’s a very clean environment to be able to work out and feel safe machines are constantly wiped down and there is distance between each and every person couldn’t feel better about getting your pump back on with working out mentally and physically

Today when I walked in, Roy said I looked like an asian supermodel and then said I belonged in the rich asian movies. Great guy, no nonsense gym, a lot of confidence boosters.
