Placed an order for next day pickup and it's still not ready 5 days later. They told me to call customer service then customer service said they needed to talk tot he store and they didn't answer. So now I just spent $90 on an order they won't even assist in giving to me or helping find out the delay. It's just nothing

Awful loud music. Workers just walk around with their buddies chatting it up instead to stop and ask anyone if i needed help. Super unorganized and unprofessional staff. Get it together and get a proper and trained staff if you want to last…. Won’t be shopping here anymore

If you're coming to the mall don't forget to stop by JD I feel like this is underrated. JD Sports is the under dogs in shoes game. Do take your eyes off them. They got what you need.
