“I was referred to Dr Dejac for a medical clearance. I was very impressed by the whole office setup right when I walked in. The receptionists were very personable, friendly, and professional. I met with Dr Dejac and he made me feel very comfortable and welcome. He was quick but thorough. Dr Dejac made sure I was good to go for my upcoming surgery. The parking and location of the office is really convenient as well. Thank you to all of the staff at Dr Dejacs office. I highly recommend anyone looking for care to check out this office. You will not be disappointed.”

“I have been seen by Dr. Mendonza for years. She is wonderful! Very intelligent, thorough and kind. She gives many more alternatives to start with than just recommending medications which have so many side effects associated with them. The staff have been great! They always return a call promptly. My husband also sees a doctor at this practice. Dr. Pfalzer is bright and extremely personable. We have left other practices due to unkind office staff. Threats of being told we would be terminated if we didn’t make an appointment that was clearly not needed. Staff that does not forward messages to the doctor and are completely condescending. As a nurse, I have never treated anyone in such a manner. Kenmore Family Medicine has been a breath of fresh air for us in the medical world.”

“I've generally had very good experiences here with all of the nurses, P/As, doctors, etc. My only real complaint is that the doctors keep leaving to go work at a different NHC location. Then I have to get acquainted with a new provider, who has to get to know me as well. The Lawn Ave location is within walking distance for me and is so much easier to get to. I have to take two buses to get to Mattina and the other locations. If I could ask for one thing, it would to be to ask the doctors to please stay at the Lawn Ave location!”

Over the years I have tested their capabilities with several emergencies and chronic health issues. They have never failed me.Like any physicians office, you get better care by being an informed patient. “From all these reviews, seems like there's only less than a handful of good drs at this practice. Stop wasting your time and just dont go to any doctor at this practice. Imo, Dr. Josh Usen is the BEST. Takes the time, listens fully, funny, nice, knowlegable, prompt with portal and scripts. Word of advice dont go with anyone else, just by reading these reviews you will see. As for the PA's, desk and nurses, all awful.”
