They let you wait until they open and they don't open until 9:30 but they say they open at 9 like what kind of work is this

I called to ask a question and the automated voice told me to press 3 to connect to a store member , as soon as it connected the worker acted like I got connected to a McDonalds and hung up In my face. when I called back multiple times there was no answer.
