To be fair the store on Ogden Street is a mess always has one register open and it does not help the the worker all of them only speak Spanish and they are rude,,,, This location should be the one to shut down

This store hires Spanish people and due to a problem with the system the manager starts speaking Spanish saying that anyone who doesn't like it should go home. What a way to solve the problem. Make sure you hire bilingual staff. And people like this don't deserve such a simple job. Family Dollar Ogden St

I come to realize although most of these store say they don’t descriminate I apply 2x to this location I called and took the time to go to the location and each time they tell me they not hiring and when ever I come due to me living in the area I see a new face not face that look like mine though I come to realize they only hire white or Hispanics I will no longer be shopping there my money may look green but it’s mine that’s makes it black

I give negative 100 stars. Cashier first and foremost was on her cellphone while ringing me out. My socks I purchased was ringing up 8 dollars instead of 4.10 that the price tag said and multiple packs of socks was on that rack . She said I don't have to give you it for that price I said that's fine I'll jus call corporate and get refunded she then started saying I don't no who the fuck she is she don't give a fuck about her job and refused to ring me out I said you can't refuse to ring me out I'm doing nothing wrong I'm just standing here . Another cashier then came ranf me out as the first cashier was walks away from the register she aggressively was coming my way saying she ll come knock my head off. I had my 10 year old daughter with me I felt threatened scared for my child's safety....famliy dollar what kind of people do u have working for you.

Great store, good management, mainly full-time employees and a lot of them are bilingual but still speak perfect English (that's what bilingual is, right?)

South odgen store #5273 . I went in the store got a couple things I was a assistant there b4 I because a store Mgr in orchard park #7547 . Store was cleaned organized I talked to Mgr Laurie on duty very nice . Since dollar tree bought the store name out unfortunately things have gotten pricier but that's the way our economy is right now . If corporate reads this it's all about customer service that's how I was as a store manager if u don't have customer service u don't have a store reward your great employees on board . Better than Seneca st location #7610 .
