I came here with a flat tire to fix it.
They said you wanna fix or change the tire?
I said i just wanna fix it.They said,for fix it its $40 and for change change its $60.
I said i wanna fix.Then they just loughed on me.That was my first time and last time there.very bad experience.

Frank and all the service men providers are always gentlemen. I was referred to Franks Express Tire and he does my brakes and Rotors. The staff explains in detail... and also very patient. The staff is very professional and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Franks Express to everyone. You will definitely be satisfied!

Literally the best place in buffalo to get ya car done great service and good people i got referred by a friend of mine and he didn’t steer me wrong at all I even referred ppl as well because the prices are fair and these guys no exactly what they doing and they they no there cars idc what nobody says franks auto shop definitely gets 5 stars from me I’ve I could id give ten keep up the good work fellas

The one mechanic talked to you like you don't know what your talking about because your a female and the other mechanic is just clueless.. both brothers. The people that are working for them lose parts. Advice you not to go their if you do go get a second opinion. They try to play with your intelligence. Have a blessed day. Never let no one play with your intelligence because your female. PERIOD!!

I brought my car here for inspection.
Pass or fail, THEY CHARGE you for the inspection. I didn't hear the mechanic say this and agreed to do the inspection. My car failed the inspection and I had to pay. I was told the car needs transmission mount and rear control arm. I bought my car from Ohio and it passed inspection there without any issues.
I then took my car to another mechanic in Tonawanda and he said I wouldn't need any of these. Now anyone who is concerned, I'm leaving this review more than a year later (took my car here 12/1/22) and my car is working perfectly fine without any issues!!
These people do WRONG and NONSENSE diagnosis to get money from you. Save the headache and check with other mechanics before you decide to give them your money.
