No Stars deserved at all. I know the owner and deal with him personally and still got jerked around for almost 3years now. He kept my truck to do transmission work and outsourced the job to no avail, vehicle got junked without my knowledge. Brought in my Red Cadillac to get fixed for compensation for my truck being junked. Has had my car for over a year now and I'm at the point of legal action. What a shame, I thought we were cool. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Owner refused to even give a written estimate or breakdown of the work he wanted to do. He refused to tell us where he would source a part from or how much the parts would cost. This is a low budget last resort garage that I wouldn’t even take my car to in the last resort. Not to mention the owner is extremely rude. DO NOT waste your time with this garage. It is NOT a professional business!

This location is no longer called first Klass mufflers, it is now called Executive Automotive Design. I was in need of a full exhaust repair. The service was really good and surprisingly very fast. They explained the problems that they found, and offered a few options. There really isn't a waiting room, but you can sit inside the office/register area. You may even feel better off just leaving your vehicle, and come back when the work is all done. I will be back again.

This place is bad they sale bad cars and then they don’t want to give you your money back or they give you your money back on their time when you speak on taking them to court I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go here bad customer service then they mechanics do not know how to fix cars please people don’t go there

Went and put money down 3 months ago for a 2005 Ford Explorer only for a week later for them to tell me that that vehicle was no longer available when we specifically asked for a vehicle that had 3rd row when we asked why that one was no longer available he said that the transmission was bad in it. A month later he gave us the VIN number to a vehicle and told us it would be ready in a week to go put incurance on it. 3 months later we are still waiting for a vehicle with no end in sight needless to say I'm calling the DMV and we are going to court

I bought a 2007 Jeep Liberty from them the other day. So far so good. The car seems to be in great shape. Customer service was good and the gentleman I worked with seemed fair and honest.

Horrible service period I brought a 2011 Suzuki took it in to get it fix on april19th had it since then they keep playin with me about when the car will be ready one min. Then the next it's not ready. Either give me my money back or we will go to court period.
