Appointments never seem to get to the Dr. involved, in this case Dr. Behr. The first incident we waited 1 and 1/2 hours before he knew we were there! The second incident was an attempt to make another appointment and we were told we could not, the Dr would have to call us. Apparently the Dr. didn't get the message as we never received a phone call. Quite a few folks work there, sitting and doing little, perhaps one of these folks could be persuaded to relay information to the Dr. involved??????

Zero stars if I could because twice now they've refused to see my children for simple orthopedic issues. First they refused to see my son for a broken clavicle. Now they refuse to see my daughter for rib pain from coughing or poor technique while working out. It would be nice to get X-ray clearance before taking her to a chiropractor. Off to general urgent care that can't even diagnose a textbook case of gout. They really shouldn't even offer express care because they seem to cherry pick which cases they feel like treating.

Checked in,waited to be seen.No one called my name.After 35 minutes I went to the counter asking if the Dr was backed up.Counter said they know your here,just grab a seat.A few minutes passed and I was ushered back by a women who said we were calling you.She lied,I was sitting there the whole time.She said..you were in the bathroom,she lied I didn't move from the seat I took from the beginning.No one apologizing until after I saw Dr and requested the front manager.

After being in a car accident your whole world gets flipped around. It's so stressful. You want answers. You want to feel better. You want to feel like your doctor cares what happens to you. Today at my appointment I felt like I was just pushed to the next doctor which seems like what everyone is doing. No one treats you they just push you off on someone else. When you cheerfully said "cross me off your list for a while" as if that's what I wanted to hear...like what? I waited an hour to see you and I get sent home to wait out.

Horrible customer service. The receptionist was condescending and scolded me for her lack of initiative . I had an appointment for 10am on 4/25 and on my arrival found out THEY needed to reschedule. I was given an appointment for the following day at 10am. Then they called at 8:30am to ask me to come in at 10:30 instead. When I arrived and asked why I hadn't been given notice about the previous day's canceled appointment she claimed that she called me twice the previous week - but I currently don't have voice-mail bc I'm using a borrowed phone while mine is being repaired- I asked her why she didn't email me since that is how they notify me of upcoming appointments. She said she wasn't able to do that. Then she proceeded to "explain" the policies concerning clients missing appointments and the fees that would be charged. No apology for my inconvenience. At this point I told her the company needed to change some policies before they could have me as a client and told her I would go elsewhere. I then left. I cannot understand how they would let THEIR need to change an appointment go without ANY notification to me. They have proven their ability to email me, they knew my phone is a cell phone based on several factors so they could have texted me. The therapists may be great but how can that matter if the receptionist chases clients away?

First appointment of the day 0800 waiting to be seen- never saw a doctor just physician assistant. Staff knew I needed to return to work… poor service. Tried to get another copay out of us for a follow up. The week before returned a walking boot which I paid 57.00 for only to last a week. Had to ask to see the manager to get a replacement after being told “ that’s why we have you sign a release that we aren’t liable.” Seen at 9 am then sent for an X-ray… more time. Inefficient, poor service .. wasn’t like this last time.

I sprained my calf muscle -- I was told I needed X-rays (to ensure I didn't break a bone) and a Dopler (to ensure I didn't have a blood clot) -- injury was 100% muscle related -- the building is an edifice to the power of great insurance -- let's do every test and bill for everything possible whether it's necessary or not. After an exam by a PA (who knew less than I did) -- I was told to get physical therapy to strengthen the muscle. I called to make an appointment and was told they were booking 4 weeks out ! Seriously, I strained my calf muscle but need to wait a month ? It will be healed on it's own by then .... The person who I spoke to regarding the appointment for physical therapy was flippant and showed no concern about making an appointment a month later. They are useless !!

RUDE DOCTOR!! Have never had a doctor be so completely rude & arrogant! Was referred here by my primary. They wanted an MRI but my insurance wouldn’t approve. They wanted me to make a 3rd appointment and I asked if there was nothing more they could help me with to please let me know so I could contact my primary for my next step. They had me make an appointment just for DR. LANIGHAN to walk into the room as if I was wasting his time to tell me “I can’t help you”. Was completely rude the whole time!!! I then get a bill for MORE then any of my other appointments!!! You couldn’t help me but were able to charge me more?!?!?
